my stay at grand kaiser was truly a fantastic one. i finished my trekking at kashmir great lake ( kgl), and reached hotel around 9pm. the entrance was beautifully decorated and got warm reception. all staff was humbled and very helpful. rooms were quite satisfactory and felt luxurious. food was good too. when we went for lunch they some how managed their best kashmiri nan. lunch was delicious and in quiet a quantity. foyer and adjacent garden area were very neat and clean. overall lovely stay at lovely hotel. 5❤

Service was very good. But the bed sheets, pillow covers, towels were extremely dirty. Room was very small. Nowhere it’s worth 7500. Breakfast is average. Toilet is smelly. It’s far away from central market of srinagar.

It's an average hotel, room service was fast. Breakfast wasn't that good. They weren't helpful in provide cabs local sightseeing

The hotel location is really good, the food was also good and all staff was also helpful except for one guy in reception when i told him i want to check out half and hour or one hour late because of heavy rain the driver will come late. He was strict like no the hotel is fully booked we cant give you the time. Other than that everything was good

In short, decent rooms, limited food in restaurants, limited service and a beautiful garden.

Photos have been taken using wide angle, so all spaces are looking way bigger than they actually are. Restaurant is fine. Room was clean.

5star facility in your pockets. I have been to 5 star hotels and 3-4 star hotels as well. The facility provided here was better than a 5star stay at radisson or equivalent hotels. They had bonfire and music. Food was great. Room size was good for deluxe room and they maintained cleanliness. They had kashmiri dress as well in case you want to take photos. They provided all required items like shaving kit, slippers, body lotions and shampoo which you will generally get in a 5 star hotel. Out of my 7days stay in kashmir, from grand kaiser to grand mumtaz, this was the best place to stay.

If you are traveling to kashmir you can stay at this property at rajbagh in srinagar. Good and safe locality with excellent service. Staff is also helpful. Rabiya (help desk staff) is also very helpful and kind.
