It was an unpleasant stay. No one to open the gate at the entry. Unprofessional staff running it. Fan didn't work with the inverter. It was unusually hot in srinagar so fan not running was an issue.

The hotel room doesn't had any room heater facilities. In cold climate it' really freezing!No mineral waters in the room and no Generators in the hotel & No dinning Area & doesn't had good variety of breakfast. Anyway overall not that bad but had some good experience also.

Place looked deserted when we entered. There was no one to attend rooms are good, house keeping was good breakfast menu was limited, poori and eggs, no fruit, no juice, cold tea, no coffee, was over at 8. 15am, made to wait for preparation anew.
