The rooms were spacious and clean, ac with climate control was available, food was good too, staff was very cooperative, parking space available, location is a bit tricky to find, otherwise good

Rooms are clean and neat. Service was good. Food was average. The location was a bit inner but never felt unsecured.

Poor Stay
The room was very small not hygienic washroom food was very bad the tariff of the hotel was very high as per infrastructure the location is very interior of raj bagh.

familyBathroom not clean, kahane per b hi room all stay period not clean. Veri poor quality food. So break fast 1 day ke baaed kabhi nah i kiya. Staff not good behaviour.

Not worth the rates
The bedsheets was so dirty. They didn't change after checkout of previous guests. We reached in afternoon so we didn't get hot water as they give hot water only in morning and night. The service was okay. Everything is on demand and not available in room. Bottom line is that it isn't worth 3k or 4k.

Good stay in srinagar
Great stay at the property, rooms are small but overall it was good. Proper hygiene was maintained, limited food options but safety was good. The owners were friendly. Good option if you want some safe and cozy place to stay in Srinagar.

Very safe place for solo women travellers.
soloMe and my 5 years old daughter stayed in this beautiful hotel. All the staff and everyone in the hotel was very helpful. Food was simple good and hygienic. Very safe place for solo women travellers. During my stay in Kashmir my leg got hurt at dal lake. Hotel staff helped me like my family members. They took me to hospital very safely and also were in touch with my family. Very helpful everyone was. I'm thankful to everyone in this hotel and to all the beautiful kashmiri ppl. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Best budget hotel in city
I came with my family and 5 month old son and staff was very friendly they did everything for us on just call. They sterilised all baby utensils many times. Also they told us about places we can visit and what we should avoid doing. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

Good food and location
Food is really good and the location feels very safe
Hotel is excellent if you like staying in cosy no-frills hotel. The bed heating facility at the hotel is excellent. The location is a residential zone just 100 meters from a hospital so it feels really safe. The cook makes some very good breakfast.
