It's good hotel to stay in srinagar but some how I am not getting my book room instead of they offer me other room otherwise cancel your booking.

It was a wonderful stay. Very friendly staff. They prepared fresh breakfast for us both the days, when we had to leave early. Our premier room was spacious, very neat and had a beautiful dal lake view.

Rooms are okay to stay but the heater got off in the midnight. Wi-fi doesn’t connect until you get outside the room. The restaurants are a scam. They are unfriendly for any queries, charge high and take the balance as tip

Housekeeping service was very poor. At one night a mouse ate our food packet which was kept in our room. Breakfast time start at 8:30 am afterwards which is no use. Over all experience was average.

Grand old hotel, one of the oldest in Srinagar. Beautiful location on the Dal Lake. Connectivity is an issue with regard to WiFi or telephones. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good food, but nothing local, as is common in hotels across India these days.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally good. It is situated near Dal lake and you can have the full lake view from your room. You can take a romantic walk around the lake in night. People are hospitable and room service even for your breakfast is available

Great location, Good service by staff, Good Breakfast, Good facilities available but management mean and stingy and even downright insulting especially to MMT clients. We were not allowed checkout in spite of having presented the voucher at time of check in. Only after MMT support intervention was above resolved.

What could be a great hotel due to its excellent location and good infrastructure available turned out to be a bad experience for my family. Due to poor hotel management and their reluctance to provide the due facilities to guests of makemytrip.. No hot water in taps. Tea coffee maker provided only after asking for same. Breakfast quantity curtailed. Only hotel of several hotels booked by me through makemytrip which gave me a feeling of being unwanted guests by management.
