Fan and ac was not working, we complained but still fan was not workinh. Bed bugs were there and we faced terrible night in that hotel

I had a wonderful experience at the (triden kashmir resort. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!

The rooms are okay and the food is worst. Please do not come here if you are okay to spend a bit extra for better services and only if you are on a very strict budget, only then it’s okay, else it is disappointing. Rooms: are okay. As expected for budget. Food: very bad, we were extremely tired from our trip and got super super sad and irritated with the food. Dinner was served to 75 approx. And all had complaint for the worst dinner experience. At dinner time they do not provide on demand food menu room service and al a carte orders. No other option then to have food at hotel as everything shuts down around 8 pm. Better to stay near dal lake or have dinner at some other place and arrive. Breakfast too was disappointing. Keep expectations low. Management will try to save by replying this that. Seems a lot of things to learn in aspects of food which is the essense of hotel in inaccessible place.
