Excellent Stay
We booked here from 22nd apr to 24th april,and when we checked in from the airport we cane to know about the terrorist attack on pahalhgam.Every tourist here and our family ,relatives and friends back home were tensed,we were traumatised. The resort owner shabir sir and manager shoaib bhai stepped up and consoled us and promised us every cooperation. I had return tickets after a fortnight but we were looking to get back home asap like othwers.The resort management kept us for 4days and also managed our short trip as we got a ticket on 26th.They were like messiah who stood tall for us and helped us in every way possible even mentally.The resort was in an excellent location with great heater,hot water,clean maintained rooms and the freshly cooked food was one of the best that ive ever tasted.If it would have been possible i wish to give 5star plus rating to the property and the management. See you soon in my next kashmir visit.

It is not hotel or resort.Personal property located far from the market and main road.It is located at nigeen lake only good things view of nigeen lake. Lack of basic amenities of stay like kettle chair , towel etc we booked for 3 nights Food are good like home but too costly .they have even charged for daily water bottle provided in rooms @ Rs50 per bottle. only 3 staff is there who manage accomodation of both house boat and rooms. Staff are cooperative and good nature

It was a nice property located in the Nigeen lake. It has a private deck for site seeing. Manager and the support staff were decent, polite and hard working. Food was very good. They had a houseboat facility attached with which however seemed to be their priority.(This I felt was not good) Room was nice and spacious. Toilet was also clean. Overall it was an excellent property to stay and enjoy the vacation

Excellent Stay
Bfast dinner was yummy, non veg and veg both dishes wr delicious, warmth nice hospitality by host, room too was good and they gave us extra bed as needed by us. Even cab arranged by them is nice. A excellent place to stay.

Overall excellent staying property in Srinagar with family and friends
coupleI booked this resort for one day on mmt and after stay I extended my stay for one more day great view of lake with very good staf good food , cleanliness is outstanding

familyUt was a family stay for us. Shamim and shoaib have been excellent host. It's a cozy place with a adjoining house boat facility also available. Food is great and morning tea at the private deck on nigeen lake is the most mesmerizing part. So go ahead and plan your stay at this peaceful location away from the hustle bustle of city

Excellent Stay
Very good property on the banks of river nigeen. Premium rooms have very good lake view. Mr shamim shah owner of the property is very professional and has very trained staff. His property will resemble his vast experience in travel industry. Thanks to shoib shah (lead) who was very helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this property. They even have a house boat property by name newyork house boat which is also excellent. Thanks to the complete staff who has given their best.

Vacation at nigeen lake view resort
The location was good. We could click pictures by the lake side. The staff was also great and helpful whenever needed. Everything was at your doorsteps by just a call. Special thanks to suhaib and akram bhai for warm hospitality. Thank you.

Excellent Stay
It was peaceful stay. Excellent staff service. Next to nigeen lake. Nice view. Breakfast at deck was most memorable moment. I will recommend this hotel to those who want to avoid city rush.
