Review Of German Residency, Srinagar

Food quality & behaviour of the staff was excellent & helpful. Enjoy their hospitality.

Stayed in germane residency srinagar (also named as the limewood) on 24th may 2024. Booked ac deluxe room, but they provided non-ac standard room. According to them, in their hotel deluxe rooms are non-ac. All though i show them the booking, where it is clearly mentioned air conditioning, but they didn't acknowledge. There all rooms are sold out, so after repetitive request they did not change the room. Since in kashmir outside prepaid sim doesn't work, i cannot contact make my trip at that time about that booking.

4. Good room & bathroom condition. The room service was also good

Receptionist is grim faced, unfriendly and non cooperative. Hot water is available for few hours only in 2 slots of morning 6am to 10am and 6pm to 10pm. Room quality given for mm t customer is average and towels aren't stain-free.
