Perfect for work trip with good desk. WiFi was reliable for meetings. Room service menu had healthy options available.

Not sure why it’s so hyped, but is you are looking for a decent stay in Srinagar you can go for it.. Great Common area, fast wifi, good location.

Do not go by the photos of the hotel as its far from the truth. I reached on the day of the booking and was taken to a random room which was kept wide open and clearly no cleaning was done after the previous occupant left. Hairs, broken bangles and left overs were all over the place. No toiletries or water was available in the room. No Fan or AC and on one day there was no Power as well. It was a hellish experience. Stay away from this place at all cost.

book this hotel only if you have other options in hand, you do the booking - accepted you make the payment - accepted you do check-in - denied by the hotel saying they are overwhelmed by the bookings And the case was not only with me. Atleast 3 check-ins were denied by hotel in front of me at 9 pm. In fact the hotel person was proud to say that we have cancelled 15 bookings today and it's the mistake of Make my trip and OYO. whereas my booking was only through MMT. The correct name of the hotel is Lavender and renamed with fake names.

OYO overbooked this venue and upon arrival I was told by the hotel staff that I am being 'shifted' to another hotel. It was late, I was in a hired cab with waiting charges and I am a single woman travelling. I told them several times 'this is unacceptable and that I have paid advance in full for my entire 3 nites stay via MMT' but they asked me to leave and call the 'concerned'. This is appalling, expecting a woman at 10pm to it be given her 'reserved and paid for' room and to leave her stranded on the streets with a cab driver while she makes phone calls to unknown people to have a roof over her head in a place like Srinagar. I don't get this scenario. The hotel I was shifted to was filthy and lacked basic facilities like charging points.

It was pretty good. Staff is cooperative. It was comfortable. location is quite good. Food was like home. restaurant staff is cooperative.

Excellent to stay. Have facilities with restaurant. Excellent service. Warm welcome and support. We were in group of 27 and enjoyed a lot.

they do not give the rooms as shown in pictures and the other facilities are also very poor. plz do not stay in this hotel.its more like a guest house.

Firstly to start with , the hotel is very shaddy and unhygienic, the rooms were very poor and there is extra money for everything. eg even for the blanket heater which should be provided due to the wheather , no breakfast was provided inspite of having it included with the booking , Its worst than the low budget hotels

Room offered earlier was very dirty but later they changed the room. Towel offered was not good. In place of bedsheet some old woolen quilt was spread. Hangers in the rooms were also available on request only. No telephone available in the room and tv was not working. Its was a below average stay

Not properly cleaned and rooms are very bed in condition. Ac rooms are not available in winter there are not possible stay without ac heater.
