Poor Stay
resort food are too expensive like 1 ltr water bottle 90rs per bottle.... staff behaviour are good...

They don’t have ac in their room and they their toilets are very small l and they have limited ammount of food

Location is very good Food is everage Amenities excellent Services are everage I was staying room number 205, bath room water draining not proper , water leakage from wall .

Terrible Stay
apart from location everything was bad about this hotel Rooms were stinky bad rooms and mattress no water flow in the bathroom very poor breakfast and food taste .very bad experience. my holiday was ruined. rooms need renovation kitchen needs to improve very high prices as per their services and quality

"I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at the hotel. Despite the decent price, I expected better amenities. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor. Given the budget I allocated, I believe I could have found alternative hotels that offered more value for money. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel rooms weren't equipped with heaters, which would have been a welcome amenity considering the cold weather. While I didn't explicitly request one, I feel it's a basic provision that should be included in the room, especially at this price point."

Good staying of darjeeling.
This hotel is in excellent location near governor house on mall road. One taxi stand is also operating almost beside the hotel. The most preferred place for tourist of darjeeling namely male or chowrasta is 6/7 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Food quality of in-house restaurant is good. Services like room cleaning, providing daily toiletries are good.
