Overall new property. Very good and comfortable stay. Breakfast options were super good. Pritaram served me during breakfast and amazing service provided. Wifi provided by hotel was not on a slower side though good overall experience.

Our recent trip to Goa was truly unforgettable—and a big reason for that was our stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora. Unlike our previous visits planned by travel agents, this trip was special because we organized everything ourselves. At first, we were hesitant—the outdated Google Earth image of the hotel made us nervous. But after seeing genuine reviews and photos on MakeMyTrip, we decided to go for it. And we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Every staff member made us feel cared for, and a few deserve special mention: Kim – always polite and smiling Karan – friendly and ever helpful Chef Akib – a magician in the kitchen; every meal was a delight Suvan – thoughtful and attentive The location is perfect—just a short scooty ride from the beaches and markets, yet quiet and private inside. We’ve been to Goa five times, but this was our most memorable trip. Thanks to Lemon Tree, we now have beautiful memories to cherish. From now on, wherever we travel, we’ll always look for a Lemon Tree Hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Lemon Tree, Arpora. You made our trip truly special.

The property is wonderful, and the staff is very helpful and kind. It's a new establishment, and they have made it absolutely beautiful. The room with direct access to the pool was top-notch. The restaurant offers good food, and I highly recommend trying the green broccoli soup, chili paneer, noodles, butter paneer, and of course, the mung dal halwa. From the reception to the restaurant, every staff member was well-mannered, quick to respond, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Lemon Tree property, and I would love to visit again in the future based on my experience.
