Apart from Food, everything was poor, rooms were too bad, bed had stains and smelling, broken and dirty fridge, no privacy as curtains has gaps, main door was broken from down.

Hot water and Light issu
They have poor quality of hot water a I did get one bucket of hot water for bath, also light issue continues going for any request like drinking water they take more then 1 hours. Overall Stay not I like much as compared to money

Good Property
Property is nice for family to stay. Cleaniness is maintained also food in restaurant is nice.We had taken our dog along with us as it is a pet allowed property and while booking any charges for pet was not mentioned but we were charged ₹500 as pet charges at the property.Such charges should be mentioned

Dissapointed with the Stay Not Worth for a Night
We had booked the Caves Room at Hotel King Garden through MakeMyTrip and opted for the Lunch/Dinner + Breakfast package, expecting a premium experience for we paid. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was shown in the pictures. The room looked appealing in photos but in reality, it felt like a basic setup or "jugaad" arrangement. It was not well maintained, not cleaned properly, and there was a clear lack of hygiene in the bathroom. For the price we paid, the cleanliness and upkeep were extremely poor. The restaurant was also not up to the mark. The chairs were old, uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The dinner was just okay, and the breakfast was below average – definitely not what you'd expect from a property charging close to per night. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the stay did not deliver value for money. Would not recommend this property at this price point unless they seriously improve their maintenance, hygiene, and food quality.

Average Stay
Rooms were OK. You can see a lot of options for food in menu but most of them would be unavailable. They really need to work on it. Hotel is at a good location.

Average Stay
Location is good but room quality is not well maintained. In the morning we checked-in and the room door was not proper, the landline was not working we requested for room change or an upgraded room. We did not find a good room to ask them to upgrade the room. They took more time to resolve its delay in the service we waited for 3 hours then finally got a better room. Landline outgoing not working. Food was good Other amenities are good.

Good Stay
location is good, breakfast though limited was good, rooms are not properly maintained, there was no chair in our room and kettle, slippers, dental kit was provided on demand, which they first refused but showing the amenities list in Make my trip voucher they provided, staff was cooperative overall staying experience was good they need to improve upon room maintainence

Amazing Stay!
The staff is polite and helpful and the quality of food is also nice. The room condition is also quite good. A bit of cleanliness is needed for the swimming pool. Apart from that, no negative points.

Overall a good experience
The property is located in an ideal place. It is right between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. So it gives easy access to visit both the locations. Easy to find. The staff were good and approachable. The room was also good. The best thing about this resort is the food. It is a resort that serves pure vegetarian food and it was really amazing. If any one is visiting this resort and prefers having food in the resort please go ahead with offers that include meals. A huge variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only thing that I didn't like was the swimming pool. It is too small. Also there was an issue with hot and cold water supply in the bathroom which was later resolved.

Must visit king resort
its a awesome trip and very good staff , buffet is very good it's vegetarian food, tasty. Mr. Mobin is very co operative.

Room not good
The princess room needs serious renovation. There were leakages in bathroom, the ac was broken, the door was rusted.

Good Stay
Ambience was good, it's a pure Veg restaurant very near to Venna lake. The staff , very polite and cooperative. The garden is well maintained. The food is also good.
