Hotel stay was good. General service of the staff was also good. Dinner and lunch in the restaurant were good - better than the breakfast atleast. Cleanliness etc was also good. Only 2 issues - Firstly, Restaurant breakfast was average. Secondly, hotel staff didn't clean the room even once in a 3 day stay. There was a switch in the room for "clean my room". Despite we keeping it on, the staff didn't clean or give daily supplies (water, coffee powder etc)

1. The door latch to balcony on the ground isn’t working. So we kept the light on as anyone can just burge in. 2. Services poor. Not very responsive 3. Breakfast quality and spread not worth 4. Everything is quite spread out. Since no buggy and landscape is uneven, one has to walk a lot to reach to reception or restaurant.

I am coming to Bella Vista since last 10 years. The resort's facilities are still very good, but rooms are not well kept anymore. I had to come back to room today as there was a tremendous amount of time to bring my breakfast to the table. The bfast quality has subdued, too. My room , a valley facing has all dmapen spots all over the room.

Well maintained property. 200 meters from Lingmala waterfall. Courteous staff and nice food options. The covered play area for kids has chess and table tennis and there is a swimming pool also. Over all a very good option.

Good resort…rooms with balcony not worth due to monkey menace

Overall experience was good mainly due to great service from staff especially restaurant staff…Food was very good…However we booked room with balcony and the biggest disappointment was we couldn’t use the balcony due to monkey menace…the washroom was stinking very badly due to monkeys creating mess…also couldn’t sleep properly the first night as the monkeys were screaming….these rooms are charged extra due to the balcony and hence we felt it was not worth the money

It was an extremely satisfying experience staying at Bella Vista Resort. The property is very well maintained with spacious rooms, the staff very courteous and helpful, the facilities were aplenty with separate indoor kids play area and books. The food was also very good with amazing breakfast spread. Even though it was raining when we visited, and we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool experience but still it was worth staying at this resort with so many amenities. Truly it was a memorable experience.
