Very poor room services and other services,except food services room services peoples nd buggies services people very rude

We booked villa with pool but it was very bad experience. Room smell very badly and not maintained at all and we have to wait for 30 minutes minimum for buggy service to arrive

Room scenic beauty n service was fabulous restaurant manager n there subordinates have taken care of us like anything , must recommended property on valley view

Location is top class in entire mahableshwar … and the hotel is way too classy .. very nice experience… will definitely staying there again

We has pleasant stay in the hotel. It was august so pouring like anything. Maybe coz of that there was lack of staff. We had to wait long for each service. Staff worked for more than 24 hrs which made them tired and it was impacting their service.

Property is located at a picturesque spot !! Breathtaking view . Very courteous & warm staff . I enjoyed the SPA too . The property has a lot of walking tracks nestled below the Western Ghat with waterfalls around.

Hidden rules and policies by MMT as well as Marriott which is not good for customer visiting from distance after paying the charges in advance.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully express how amazing my stay has been. This has truly been one of the most unexpected, heartwarming, and memorable experiences I’ve had — and I’m so glad I chose Cottages by Marriott to celebrate my decade anniversary. A huge round of applause for Roshmi, who was an absolute pillar of support throughout. She genuinely understood how important this stay and milestone was for me, and made sure everything was seamless — not a single complaint. Vishal was also a great help, especially in managing things at the last moment with so much patience and efficiency. Thank you so much, Roshmi and Vishal. We need more people like you in hospitality. I think it was one of the best experience that I ever had for my anniversary celebration, and the staff was very cordial and helpful for making this event a memorable one. Special Mentions for the staff who took and amazing care of us. Samim, Abhishek and Ambika at the Berry restaurant were amazing.

For the price we paid, the overall experience was not that great. 1 . The service part was very good. Especially the help provided by staff, both at reception as well as the restaurant and within the resort premises. 2. They upgraded our room, thanx for same so that we had good views from balcony. 3. Part from that , infrastructure, design and views of overall rooms doesn't felt that good , as expected from Marriott. 4. Campus was kept clean and was well maintained by staff, but overall feel and design was not parallel with 5star hotel. 5. Rooms were average and didn't give crispy feel what we expected. 6. Food was ok and has lot more space for improvement still.

Overall, our stay was decent but not quite a 5-star experience. The food was exceptional — tasty, well-presented, and truly the highlight of our visit. However, the recreational facilities were disappointing. The indoor games area and swimming pool were poorly managed. There were no attendants available, no pool towels provided, and the reception staff was unhelpful when we asked for assistance. We had three small kids with us at the poolside when it started raining heavily. There were no towels available, and the staff told us to get them from the washroom, which was quite far and difficult to reach in the rain. Even after going there, we found no towels. Eventually, we had to go all the way to our room to bring towels, while the kids waited in the cold for 15–20 minutes. For a property under the Marriott name, the hospitality and support in these areas were far below expectations.

My stay was every good The staff was wonderful- a special mention to Samir, Puneet and Siddhant for exceptional service The food was amazing as well, and I would like to extend a special thanks to chef Mr Raman for delicious meals Truely a memorable experience.

Good location but this property does not match the Marriott standards.Rooms are good,clean and spacious but the room I was given had some issue with the terrace sliding door which caused weird whistling sound due to air leak and the AC was not able to maintain temperature which was highlighted to the authority the technician came but the problem was unsolved and they didn’t even bother to give other room even after I told the customer relation manager.Poor service had asked for a glass which was not given even after calling 3-4 times.Buffet spread for dinner had no starters and gave reason due to low occupancy today we don’t have starters and after asking they provided the starters.Below average food quality and the desserts and ice cream were disaster. Breakfast spread was okok.For the service and food they provide it is overpriced.

My family and my stay at courtyard Marriott Mahabaleshwar was made even more comfortable by the warmth extended by each and every staff member of the property. My family joins me in thanking the entire team of Marriott

Being a 5 star property the experience and stay was very average. The best thing about the property is the location and valley views. Apart from that service was very very slow. Constant reminders need to be given for in room service and amenities. Rooms need more maintenance.

Location of the hotel is in a ideally setting overlooking the forest. Rooms and premises are well maintained. Staff is warm and courteous. Food variety is something that hotel can work on given it operates under Marriott brand name. Overall we had a good stay. Prices seem a tad on the higher side given the off season rates
