We stayed at the Marriott Mahabaleshwar this Diwali and it was a good stay. The property, the rooms, the amenities and the view is great. The property is located very near to Lingmala falls and we took the walk to the falls every day. Overall Marriott is very peaceful place to stay. The Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwars staff is polite and their service is prompt. Our special thanks to some members of the restaurant staff - Ms Madhumita, Krishnendu and Chef Khatri for taking good care of us every time we visited the restaurant. The food is also good and the only improvement needed we felt is for the breakfast buffet veg section. The spread is decent but many dishes were repetitive and a couple of basic ones were not done well. Overall I would rate the Marriott Mahabaleshwar 4/5 and will recommend this property.

Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar truly made for a memorable getaway—right from the picturesque valley views and lush greenery to the caring, attentive staff that made each moment special. The rooms felt modern and cozy, and the breakfast spread was certainly a highlight. The sunset by the pool was stunning, and touches like a high tea and easy trek access added charm. There were a few minor hiccups—sometimes housekeeping needed a nudge, and the food could be hit-or-miss, but the team responded eagerly to feedback and did everything to make me feel welcomed. Whether you’re traveling with family or on a couple’s retreat, the warm hospitality and breathtaking setting make this Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar worth returning to for a relaxed, luxurious Mahabaleshwar escape

The Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar is pretty good although a lot can be improved. The best thing about the Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar is its location. Especially after monsoon or in winter the weather is amazing. The food was very good too. The taste as well as quantity was very good. But prices are too high. The service needs improvement. We were 3 people staying in our room but they gave 2 of everything. 2 towels, 2 plates in room service, etc. It is not expected from a 5 star Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar. The room layout needs improvement too. Small small things were inconvenient. Again not expected from 5 star Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar.

Beautiful property nestled in the Western Ghats with valley, waterfall and hill views — especially in winter. Pros: Gorgeous, tranquil location with scenic views. Attentive, polite staff in many areas. Good food offerings and Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar facilities. Cons: Room cost is too high. So value for money is a concern. They could have added some facilities/recreation for guests at night as there is nothing much to do. But overall it was a good stay.

Loved the property. Great location, a bit away from the bustle, but close to many attractions. Its perched right on the valley, so great view from all rooms. The staff is very polite, super helpful. Want to share a random-act-of-kindness - we lost one of our strawberry boxes to monkeys (our mistake). So one of the staff members very generously just gifted us one box on our way out ❤️
