The Mulberry Nature Resort

first I was lucky enough, there was rainy atmosphere when I was there.. location of the hotel is perfect because it's between panchani and mahableshwar,my room was good but I would have liked cottage room instead of basement room, room was clean and beautiful..but non view.that bother us.and they should supply enough hot water in rainy and cold season.. it's location safe for women and children...near lingmala water fall, kate's point and venna lake.staff is helpfull..have parking area... over all services are good... food was good but costly like any other hill station..

The room allotted in the beginning was extremely smelly and dirty with a stained bathtub. There was huge amount of seapage of drain water in mine as well as neighbouring rooms. Overall an experience to forget 😞

There was no hot water, the room was not tidy, it was not clean.

Felt like cheated - property has swimming pool ( tiny ) and restaurant outside the premises - approx half km far from hotel even restaurant is outside and very far from hotel - never seen such complex property - restaurant is also tiny but food is good - property staff is good .. rooms are big but windows won’t close properly .. lacks amenities and service - its budget hotel but not recommend and safe for families ..!

Good view of room & hotel people are very helpful.

We were 7 family members and just wanted to stay for a night. We got a garden view, clean rooms and hot bath water. Thanks)

It’s horrible. The room was dusty and unhygienic. The bed sheets not at all washed, it had black stains on it. Bathroom was not cleaned well, the waste basket had previous customers bloody sanitary pads. The tap and hand shower wasn’t working. There was frequent power cuts and no proper generator for back up. The bed was not comfortable as well. We booked for two nights, but we checked out a day earlier without a refund because of the discomfort.

Room was not proper all wooden cupboard was not proper when we reach then they refused to give original room which we had booked earlier.

The hotel staff have a very polite behaviour. They have prompt attitude and they upgraded our stay without any extra cost. Happy to recommythis beautiful resort.

The front dedk staff was very supportive. Overall food was good. Owner mr shinde was also very hospitable.

Very good cottage with nature view. Amazing experience of stay. Rooms are clean. Parking facility available size of room is good best part is swing in balcony of room which is best

hotel staff is good and helping, but service is slow and restaurant is far from cottage do if you order in room food will not be served hot, only go for cottage never select for 2bhk flat they are dirty and untolerable i mistakenly select for 2bhk but on request hotel manager shifted me to cottage, valley view is good

Location is on road touch. Good stay. The owner and other staff are very approachable. Food is very good. Staff is very supportive.

The house quality was average i. E. Not that good but not bad also. The location of the stay is as very good as all the view points were nearby only. The restaurant of that hotel was having food whose quality was ok ok but the price was bit high.

Same type of room was booked for 180sqft. But reaching there, found that, no room as such in basement. One was a large room and other small one.

Good to stay at mulberry. It was very good experience. Nice experience. Food is also good. Berry farm also good
