we booked in last hour and no other hotels were available. It’s very pathetic experience. It’s not hotel it’s a lodge substandard property. Keep it last option of stay. Breakfast was absolute nonsense, in a congested space people were hunting food

Room - the room was good, there was no hotwater when we checked in. Asked them and they said they shall start their machine or something but never got hot water. The next day early morning there was hot water flowing so I am guessing to save costs they open up hot water only in the morning. Swimming pool - skip it. They aren’t maintaining it well. The color of the pool itself shall make you stay away from there. Food: for some reason food is very tasty. Didn’t expect such good food. Really better than other restaurants. Overall: for the price, i think this is an average hotel and can definitely be better

A good stay, location is excellent, property is well maintained, though we had bood a delux room pool facing we were allotted an upgraded executive one which we did not appreciate food was good though the kitchen helping staff was loud and very vocal amongst themselves disturbing the peace over all a satisfactory stay

Hello , just visited picaddle The Luxury boutique Resort Mahabaleshwar was an excellent stay , polite staff n helping too , rooms neat n clean , food just super testy, Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations thank u😊

Location - it’s a little far from Mahabaleshwar main market and during peak season it takes triple the amount of time to reach. Food - Is decent, with good variation for breakfast. Rooms - We had booked a standard room, quite disappointing room with extremely congested space and not that clean. Amenities - Wi-Fi is very slow so it can get difficult sometimes as you won’t have phone network. Services - Staff is extremely helpful and sweet.

The complimentary breakfast was ok and cannot be termed as wow. The service was upto the mark.

Location is accurate and on the main road. Breakfast spread was good and taste was decent. Property was clean however now starts to feel a little old. Room was clean however not value for money and a bit on the pricey end. Can recommend for families, however, do not expect much apart from clean room and decent breakfast.

1)Room service was so lazy. 2)In Restaurant service was also so lazy 3)If food was not good and u tell the manager there is no response from any staff 4)one day we take room dining and after we finish i call for room service at around 3pm but there is no response till tomorrow morning 5)what u want u have to tell everything to waiter or staff like onion,salt,black pepper,lemon,plate for eating food,Bowl,etc 6)There is a small badget restaurant coz) after 2 plate aloo paratha it is not available. 7) if u want eat any food. U have to order before 1 hour. anything 🙏

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. their b'fast is good but need to have development in menu. taste of food is also great. Tandoor items are available only in evening. Rooms are well maintained and the housekeeping is promt and clean. a Best venue to have an access to Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar both. located in centre. Good spot to have a stay.

The food quality was delicious.The behaviour of staff was excellent.House keep also good neat and clean.Will visit the place next time too.

For. a 6k suit room was spacious. but no nature view, no privacy. No proper parking space. if any one has to take their car out we need to first call the person whose car is parked behind ours and then get our car out. unhealthy foods. there were cockroaches in breakfast vessels.
