We had a great trip here at Sterling Panchgani. I am especially thankful to Jagmohan and Heru for their excellent service. The stay at Sterling Panchgani has been very Good. The location & ambience is Good. The view from the mountain view room was mesmerizing. The hotel staff is very courteous & welcoming. The staff at the restaurant served us with heart & made us comfortable. The hotel has only 10 rooms with a view. All other rooms are without any view and simple. The pricing is on the higher side. Food was simple and good.

Facilities were good, location is ok not so great as it has in the other properties. Food is not so great as per sterling standards, moong halva was made by a amateur. 2 nd day breakfast had no sweat dish like halva, sheera donuts, only jam that too from a unknown manufacturer. I had a chance to book as a guest but gave full season rates as all good things come with a price. Probably first last time in this property.
