Stay is really good, peaceful. Food is also delicious. Cooperative staff. This place is kids friendly

many facilities mentioned on is not available. They charged for things on website but many things are not available at location. my refrigiration is not working , dental kit is missing, hair draiyer is missing, water is not hot enogh and lot of things there

I recently stayed at Rockford Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning view—whether it was sunrise or sunset, every moment felt picture-perfect. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings created the ideal setting for relaxation. Overall, Rockford Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, breathtaking views, and a truly relaxing environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Rockford resort is our favourite staycation ever. Location,food, amenities is excellent. Also the staff of this resort are so good,they are polite & so caring.

we had booked this resort for our anniversary hoping that it would be a peaceful stay but were really disappointed once we checked into the hotel. the receptionist was extremely rude , never picked up calls and was not very unresponsive. the rooms were not hygienic. but the major disappointed was the construction work on going in the resort. there was constant hammering and drilling noise on our rooftop which completely ruined the stay. please avoid this resort if you want a peaceful stay.

not recommended if you want a peaceful stay for your vacation. the receptionist is very rude and unresponsive. basic amenities like towel, dental kits , landline were missing . I think they don't really care about the guests comfort. there was constant noise from construction workers in the resort. avoid at all cost.

the location and views from resorts are mesmerizing. rooms are very descent size and we booked 3 different type of rooms all having Velly view. Resturant staff is very attentive and can go extra distance to make customer happy. it is around 10 km away from Mahabaleshwar market so keep in mind we were looking to stay away from local hustle & bustle so it was not a concern for us. WiFi signals were great through out the property. Infinity pool is well maintained and had great views from there. What they can really improve is the quality of bedsheets, pillows, towels in the rooms as that is only thing which is stopping from calling it a best place to stay within budget in Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. To sum up it is Excellent location, full fledge restaurant, attentive service staff, ignorant management

Beautiful Property. We had a 2 day stay here, and the staff is wonderful. The view from the property on a clear day is mesmerising.

The Staff was wonderful and they were quite co operative however, the room conditions were not at all good.
