Amazing experience!! Hygiene and very good service. Best place to stay in Mahabaleswar. The only con is connectivity. Its 10-12 kms away from the city area and you cannot go outside in the night. But the experience we had was worth it.

Very average stay, but view through room makes it worth visiting,also they have hoge infinity pool which ok really liked ,food was also not that good, after entering bathroom I found a frog which was scary...while check in reception person does not seem welcoming... Room was okayish, cleanliness needed , seemed old property, spiderwebs can be seen in the reception n room as well, we paid around 6000 on weekend which according to me is too much

The views were surreal and the staff was quiet nice. Would defined recommend this proper a chill n calm place to be

We had a nice, quiet and pleasant stay in Rockford. The staff was very cooperative, friendly and supportive. We enjoyed every bit of our staycation here. The prices are bit on higher side but it is worth the cost. Thanks.

I recently stayed at a hotel/facility with subpar rooms and room services. The room was not cleaned properly, and the air was stifling hot, making it hard to breathe. To make matters worse, hot water wasn't available at night, which was quite uncomfortable. The unclean room and lack of hot water significantly impacted my stay. Here are some specific issues I encountered: - *Room Cleanliness:* - The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, with dust and dirt visible on surfaces. - The bedding and towels didn't appear to be freshly laundered. - *Ventilation and Temperature:*na - The room felt suffocatingly hot due to poor ventilation. - The heat made it challenging to relax and sleep. - *Hot Water Availability:* - No hot water was available for showering or bathing at night. - This was particularly inconvenient after a long day. To avoid similar issues in the future, I would recommend that the hotel/facility focuses on: - *Improving Room Cleanliness:* - Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized regularly. - Provide fresh linens and towels. - *Enhancing Ventilation and Temperature Control:* - Improve ventilation systems to prevent hot air buildup. - Ensure air conditioning units are functioning properly. - *Reliable Hot Water Supply:* - Guarantee hot water availability throughout the day and night. - Consider installing backup systems or scheduling maintenance to avoid disruptions. By addressing these concerns, the hotel/facility can significantly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of their guests

It was best stay at the place . I will give high rating to the staff for their welcoming gestures and hospitality. Food was good and service was fast . View was at best !!

the stay was quite pleasant. property is huge with spacious rooms and lovely view of mountains, you can hear peacocks and birds from balconies. the restaurant serves amazing food and would I would recommend a visit. the staff is quite co operative and helpful. I would love to visit the place once again in peak season and enjoy the peace and nature's view.

We stayed this resort with two family for two days. Resort rooms , bathroom are neat and clean with affordable price. Service staff are too helpful and kind . In restaurant food are awesome which made an our trip very enjoyable. View from balcony awesome . Highly recommend

We had a below average experience at this place. The place has very below average service , the waiters don't listen to you , they are rude. The rooms have had no maintenance in years , they are damp , have a 1000 of insects , the linens are so dirty and they smell. The washroom lights , the AC remotes were not working. The breakfast buffet has very limited options and everything is just south indian. You are only paying for the view , the infinity pool was not clean too which they advertise so much.

The room was very bad. The room was not clean and the washroom was not clean at all. the staff is very rude and was not working the resort needs good service.

This resort is at very beautiful location and the views are spectacular. They need to improve room quality otherwise resort is worth staying with family or friends.

Only food is very good, bed sheet smelling

Room amenities were not as described. No room heater, no bath tub, no jacuzzi. Hair dryer was also provided on request. Overall not happy

I stayed here for 2 days. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and the breakfast and dinner were really good definitely worth appreciating. The staff was very courteous and cooperative and when I raised some issues, the hotel owner himself got involved, which was reassuring. Although it initially took a long time to resolve the problems, once the owner stepped in, things were sorted quickly. That said, there were some concerns: • Fungus on the cupboards (which was cleaned promptly after reporting) • Stained bedsheets (immediately changed) • TV and intercom not working (TV was replaced) • No hot water throughout the day, which was inconvenient • Presence of insects and flies, indicating hygiene could be improved Overall, the hotel has great potential with its location and hospitality. With better maintenance and faster issue resolution, it could offer a much more comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Rockford Resort! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, tasty breakfast with lots of varieties, and the overall service was top-notch. A special thanks to Akshay, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His friendly nature truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

Valley view from rooms is breathtaking. Food was above average and very quick service ..only drawback is rooms need little renovation and expect lots of insects if you keep the window open
