Review Of Rockford Resort

I had a wonderful stay at Rockford Resort! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, tasty breakfast with lots of varieties, and the overall service was top-notch. A special thanks to Akshay, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His friendly nature truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

Valley view from rooms is breathtaking. Food was above average and very quick service ..only drawback is rooms need little renovation and expect lots of insects if you keep the window open

Hotel is around 30 mins away from the market. Has a pleasant view of valley. Food quality is nice but a little pricey. Rooms are less hygienic , bed sheets and comforters have oily stains we asked to replace but they said they don’t have any replacement available. Lizards and cockroaches in room. Overall avg experience.

The hospitality at Rockford resort was amazing, The Manager was very helpful to everything I asked for. We were there for my wife's birthday, and it was the best experience we had. The view from our room was breathtaking and it was the highlight of our stay. Will visit again and again and not let anybody else know this location. Because I don't want anybody else to witness what we have witnessed.

The pool and the scenic view are definitely the only good things about Rockford Resort. Unfortunately, the experience inside the rooms was horrible – no cleanliness, poor maintenance, and far from what you’d expect at this price point. The resort is heavily overpriced for the quality it offers. Food was also disappointing, lacking both taste and value. Since the resort is located in a very remote area with no network and no nearby viewpoints, the management should really consider adding more activities to keep guests engaged. Overall, not worth the money unless major improvements are made.

We stayed for 1 night and it was overall good experience. Food was ok breakfast need some improvement considering we are paying good for the stay because I have stayed in lot of breakfast included hotels/resorts hence from experience breakfast needs some more menu. Infinity pool nobody was there for safety. Nice property, good breakfast . Clean rooms. Inifinity pool is show stealer. Value for money resort

The place is not the way it was a year ago it needs a painting job and the geyser was not working indicates the rooms need maintenance also the breakfast was average and chicken chilly had chicken full of batter and tandoori chicken was stale

The room was not clean and did not look like the pictures shown online. There was no housekeeping staff available, and the overall experience was disappointing. Not recommended.

The hotel had a very beautiful view from the room. The location was perfect and peaceful. Food quality was good and staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Location is around 10 kms from Mahabaleshwar. Food is average. Games in play need to maintenance. Pool is great with scenic view. Valley view is great. Staff is polite.

This resort is very nice for stay and also view is very beautiful.

The overall property is good but when it comes to the premium rooms, it's not worth how much we paid. The wallpapers were damaged which were covered by sticking papers. The room wasn't that clean. The walls were dirty. Also the quality of toiletries is really bad. The soap caused breakouts on the face and body. It's better if they use quality products. The water that was released in the pool had moss and algae. Overall the cleanliness needs to be maintained. The food menu was nice.

Hotel location is great, lots of amenities, infinity pool, birthday party room, rooms with bath tub. Food and Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly, and never said no.

No hygiene, no cleanliness, food was expensive like 5 star hotel cost. Breakfast was ok but misal curry was tasting like fish curry. Not worth the cost.
