The view and the food was too amazing the staff was too kind and helpful

We had a great stay! The property is beautiful, and the surrounding area is calm, quiet, and very peaceful. It’s a lovely pet-friendly hotel — highly recommend it, especially for pet parents. We stayed in the Junior Royal Suite, which was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food was good too.

Firstly the pricing was not fair.secondly the service and property was not in proper shape

The property is very good and clean. the food was awesome. The staff is very kind and humble. everything there is perfectly managed and organised. The property has very beautiful natural spots and no access restrictions. The swimming pool was very clean and good. Must visit property.

Hotel location is good but Staff is rude. Overheard conversation twice.Dont have the manners to treat customer with respect.. Wouldn’t recommend for stay also would not stay in future.

Our stay at Regenta Place Green Leaf was excellent! Beautiful location, away from the city yet not too far. Covering some of the best views of the valley. Fantastic and precious rooms, very clean and modern! The staff was very courteous and helpful! The dining was also quite pleasant and with a lot of options! Will surely visit again!!

1. There’s no proper road to reach the hotel. Out of the entire drive from Mumbai, the only place the car struggled and got completely messed up in mud was the road leading to the hotel. Zero maintenance. 2. The hotel straight-up lied on their website. They advertised a Deluxe Room with a forest view. What we got was a depressing room on the ground floor facing a noisy construction site. There’s nothing “deluxe” about it — just a cheap room with a fake label. (Photo attached.) 3. We reached before the weekend rush and booked well in advance. Yet they still gave us a ground level room even when upper level rooms were clearly available. 4. When we spoke to the front desk, their response was very cold. They gave the usual excuse of unavailability of rooms. 5. The only thing that matched with their claims was the food. Only thing that didn’t disappoint as much as the rest. 6. I do not recommend this hotel as there are far better options in Mahabaleshwar that offer real views, proper service, and don’t mislead guests. 7. This was our third trip to Mahabaleshwar and unfortunately this hotel managed to ruin our entire weekend.

extremely beautiful location literally in lap of mountain. N number of waterfalls around you. no need to visit any site seeing points. Property itself have views to die for. Food was delicious and staff was great

Positive points :Based in midst of nature , location is superb with mesmerising views in monsoons, spa service is good Negative points : staff is not that attentjve , saw one of the servers in restaurant eating fries from customer Order , cleanliness needs big attention , lobbies and rooms are not thoroughly cleaned , food is below average

Had a very pleasant stay at Regenta Place Green Leaf Mahabaleshwar. The rooms were tidy, the washroom were clean. The deluxe rooms had a great valley view. Food was amazing and the location is perfect for gateway. The only issue is the inner road to hotel, due to remote location is narrow and can be dangerous in night due to valley on one side of road.

Room where not cleaned but other stay was good and scenery was also nice. The staff is courteous and Dinner was good quantity and quality is alos good.

Excellent stay. Amazing place for a restful holiday.Breakfast was tastefully prepared. Great variety.The live music and ambience is worth the visit.
