First of all, There was no network so WiFi was the only way to connect and WiFi was not available in our room. And after requesting multiple times, they still did not fix it properly. Same with the TV, tv was also not working and had no connection, we requested multiple times to fix the TV but still nothing was done for the same. They kept on saying that they will fix but nothing was done. We also requested them for a different room but that also was never listened to. We had booked for two nights for stay but because of all these above mentioned issues we checked out after one night itself. At the time of checking out they offered us a different room. Which we obviously denied since their promises were not be met.

Though I could have rated it better, I have given an average rating so the resort can improve. Firstly, the booking. We booked two deluxe cottages facing the pool. They gave us one deluxe and one standard room, initially saying that both are the same. When we asked why the sizes are different . They agreed that the room booked for us was given to someone else and now no other option of deluxe room is available. We had no option but to take the room they gave us. MMT should look into it. Now the location. It is for those who are looking for a serene atmosphere away from the hustle bustle of Mahabaleshwar town, surrounded by hills, forest and the valley, it is a wonderful location, not far from the town. Rooms are large, with everything you need, but you have to ask for it, be it soap, handwash, or slippers. Maybe a slip at their end. The door lock needed help to open. They were short staffed for sure, hence they initially refused to provide room service, but on insisting, they did. Food was good, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement. Indoor games missing. The swimming pool was good and fairly maintained. We were told that the management is changing soon. Hope they pay attention to these details, this property can be a great experience. Tapola lake wasn't far, and the boating experience was nice.

The property was good not bad, but I have faced some problems like I had book premium room but due to rain the room is full of moisture and the floor is wet for whole day and the wooden furniture is also get affected from the moisture, other than that the property was good just I feel like the price is bit high according to the conditions

not at all worth the money

I was traveling with my family and booked their cottage with forest/pool view rooms which costed me 4K per room with all the discounts. After paying this much money for single night I faced lot of challanges 1. Issue with hot water- I didn't get hot water for bath I had to call 5-6 times then they did something and then lukewarm water came that too just for 5 mins. 2. Network issue - They do not have network to any network provider. Jio vi airtel doesn't work here. They gave me wifi access and tried to use whatsapp calling but it works only till 12 in night. After that you have to go to reception again and ask them about the issues. 3. No working telecom - Their telecom also doesnt work you have to call using wathsapp call to reception. But as wifi stopped working at night 12, you have to reach to reception for any request like ordering tea to the room or asking for hot water as they dont have separate gysers. 4. Complimentary breakfast- They offer complimentary breakfast, but all the food items were cold they have bread but toaster wasn't toasting. 5. Fungus everywhere - due to heavy rain there is fungus everywhere 6. Insufficient lightings -The pathways does not have lights so you have to use your mobile torch eveytime yo go somewhere from your room. There are few pros also Pros 1. Nature - The nature is amazing there no polution as its bit far from mahabaleshwar main market 2. Views - in mansoon you will se nice mountain views and clouds everywhere. You will be in clouds only 3. Tea- in mansoon if ou get hot tea at your room then it will refresh your mind. 4. They provide hot tea in thermas to your room. 5. They provide luggage assistance once you reach their.

The location is nice but the property is not so nice. there was dampness all over the mattress. breakfast quality is not good at all. wifi network comes and goes every 10min. The overall experience was not as expected. staff was very helpful though.

the only good* thing about hotel is food, otherwise as part of hotel stay the bedsheets were having stains, even though we ask for change still the other had stain too,and. no fan,only ac, no telecom, at night there is so much noise of some window shades ,we were unable to sleep whole night, the wifi is slower than expected. everytime you have to go to reception to address any issue as no telecom in room. other than that the property has good view and is a quiet place as its far from city centre.

This resort is in outskirt of Mahableshwar and it is too difficult to reach since there is no direction board for commuters. Also, me and my wife experienced negative vibes inside the room provided by resort due to which we chose not to stay there after spending 2 hours. Its 12km from Mahableshwar City.

The stay was good. The service was good. The location is perfect for a 2 day trip. All hill station points are nearby hotel including the market. So overall a fun experience.

Bad quality of infrastructure - leaking water everywhere

This is not a 3 star hotel by any standard. The only good thing about the hotel was the dinner food. Apart from that, every thing was bad. The Hotel was leaking water from multiple locations. Bad experience

The room was ok, water seepage from windows, bath water was brownish, food was good but too expensive against the quantity, Club room was not functional. The owner is a nice person.
