Disappointing stay

The stay was very disappointing. Booked a AC delux room. - The premises were unclean and dilapidated. - Breakfast was just Idli and Upma. - Recreation room was filled with junk and didnt have any functioning games (eg broker TT ball, broken dart board) - Rooms were also very old. - 1950s bathroom. - No hot water. Suggested that I should call them to start hot water (can you believe that). - Mattress was dirty with stains - Location is far from the main road (becomes a problem at night) - The photos on hotel booking sites are very misleading. - Hardly anything they mentioned are included in teh room like toaster, kettle. - They really have to renovate to keep up with standards.

familyFamily time with kids, swimming pool was good. And the table tennis and carrom was ok. Food and tea took long time after ordering, can be improved a lot. Tv didn't work for the whole stay, multiple reminders to fix were given

Stay in the hotel was a good experience. Staffs were co operative. Cleanliness is a concern. Food was not up to the mark, restaurants staffs were rude. Forced us take the food they prepared though we have ordered something else. Charged extra whereas breakfast was already included. How to get that discount?

Super deluxe room gives feeling of a hotel rather than a resort. Restaurant is below par with only single table fan to cater to entire crowd. Food is average. Staff will force you to leave the room at sharp 10am ie check out time.

Perfect wooden cottage amid mountains

Location is totally worth every penny. Service was decent. Food was good. The place has early check out so make a note of that. We came in late at night and moved out in the morning.

groupOur experience at this stay was everything we hoped for. Amazing location, wooden huts in front of the pool, friendly and helpful staff. They even helped us get a birthday cake. Just 1 thing - they do not have any recreational/indoor activities

Enjoyed pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious. View is beautiful. They have campfire and that provides warmth in cool temperature. Food and breakfast is also good. Points to improve: no lift, so luggage shifting is bit tiring. Washrooms need renovations. Limited fruit option in breakfast (only banana)

The cleanliness of the room was not upto the mark. The bedsheets and blanket were dirty. The room itself had not been cleaned properly. Overall a bad experience. Did not get the money's worth.
