Mount View Executive, The Valley Resort

The cleanliness of this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. The moment we checked in, we found hair all over the bed and the pillows had a terrible smell. Even after pointing this out, the owner and staff acknowledged the issue but took an unreasonably long time to address it. This is not at all a place for couples or families—we strongly advise against staying here. Avoid this hotel at all costs and don’t waste your money.

I found this property on MMT, and it was a great experience during my stay. The room had a very scenic view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Rahul and the team for providing delicious meals. I also want to mention that all the staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The location is great to view the scenery from the hotel. The food is average. The hotel rooms are not that great they are decent as per the price. The property is old.

It's was a very horrible experience with Mount view executive resort. Please consider below points 1) Our Vehicle was failed near 5 km under hotel radius in very remote area, we contacted hotel for help, but they refused to provide any with utter ignorance. 2) The rooms were not prepared/ready before are check in (No Handwash, No drinking Water, No towels, No Hot water etc.) 3) The Wifi was not available in rooms 4) They were not even providing basic amenities while we were having food

Amazing Stay. First time tried staying at this location near on wheels. The view is awesome. The food was tasty and reasonable too except for certain dishes. The owner and staff were very courteous. The place could do with some uplift here and there. But then it is rainy season and dampness with valley facing view was expected. All in all it was the stay

Not worth the money. I had two booked valley facing room and they have only two room in this category. One was on first floor while other on second floor. We got good valley view from second floor but from first floor view was not that great. Room quality was not upto the mark. Food was also very expensive. Also the location of the property is far from main market. They charge per hour for playing pool (billiards). Property is very old. Not worth the price you are paying for. Would suggest to book in Mahabaleshwar

worst property in mahabaleshwar/panchgani period they promise something and deliver very untidy rooms and rude staff along with very rude owners as well

Experience was good. supportive staff members. room clean and great view from balcony. 4km far from the bus stand in panchgini.

For valley view room there is no compromise in view it's really awesome but when it comes to rooms interior it is not good as expected, like furniture and doors of washroom . Food especially is not good if at any case non veg is much better than veg (tried) Service is good.

I had a nice stay. The place was pretty and overall environment was calm. The room was clean and the view was very pretty. The food could have been better and service could have been a little faster though. Overall I had good experience.

Property is good but the services like TV is not working,Bath stool is broken, and door lock is also not in good condition.

it was a good experience overall. neat and clean rooms. only thing they need to upgrade current issue when current /light goes they should keep immediate generator on facility.

Room was small and very few amenities with reference to the price charged. Price is quite high for the size of the room. TV wasn't working properly. staff was not very professional. Food is of very average quality. Most of the items mentioned in menu card was not available or not sufficiently available. Service is average quality.
