Location and food is quite good. But the blanket was stinking in our room and was dirty(which i didnt complain at the time) Rest everything was clean and good.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The food was definitely a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were tasty and satisfying. However, the toiletries provided could be improved in terms of quality.

The stay was good at this property, even service is also good. Restaurant ambience is clean and good, also food quality is good. Just we struggled with one of our room door lock issue with the card. Once door locked it will took 15-20 mins to reopen from outside.

Booked for a club room, had an unbearable smell and was too small so felt claustrophobic, approched the manager for room upgrade , upgraded to chalet tents thi room was nice and we had a comfortable stay. However if you are accustomed to good hospitality please don’t stay here, you won’t get any. Food was below average I can get better at a road side stand, breakfast was terrible we had to wait for 20 minutes for a normal eggs. Overall i won’t recommend

Much Improved — Great Stay This Time! Had a very good experience this time. The suite room was superb — spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, though some of the sanitary fittings are beginning to show signs of ageing. Service has improved a lot since our last visit, and most importantly, the food — which had disappointed us earlier — was absolutely top notch this time. Overall, an amazing and value-for-money experience. Glad to see the improvements!

small room and other activities only bathroom is very good

Rooms were shabby and stinking badly. we asked to change the room but it was sinking, bathroom was not having soap after asking multiple times the guy filled the unit and kept it at the side. Bathrooms had poor drainage after showers it became a pool. Hotel food quality was also extremely poor and very exorbitantly costly. we ordered chilly chicken the chicken was not fresh caused stomach ache and diarrhea. Overall an extremely poor experience will suggest travellers to avoid this property.

Property is good but we had took package with lunch/dinner but hotel staff said only veg starter you will get that also with their choice, Jacuzzi was not working, Toilet seat was dirty unclean.

The food un breakfast buffet was really worth the money..and the property was very very nice inly drawback was its location is a bit far from mahableshwar but if u like long drives its a very good hotel

food was appreciable but a bit costly, location was perfect, facilities including games etc were good, room quality and service was excellent, staff was also good, guide contact and connection also fantastic

Excellent facility. Very neat and clean. Rooms were very nice and clean along with all required amenities such as towels, toiletries, tea/coffee sachets, heating kettle, 24 hrs hot water, effective air conditioners. Staff was very co-operative. To top all these, food was excellent and restaurant ambiance was really great. The staff shared the dinner menu with us, and served each item we ordered to the table. There was a very beautiful and well maintained garden and a swimming pool for kids to enjoy free time. Overall it was a great experience and we felt it was really worth each penny we spent.

They priced club room for more price than superior room but actually it is opposite and they asked 500. Extra for superior room but it is opposite on MMT They don't have any transport from room to reception it was away And in rainy season it is difficult Other wise staff is good and polite and helping nature

The food of the property was okay not service of kitchen was slow. Property doesn't look like the same in the pictures. Location is serene . Swimming pool was good and big. Facilities was good.

The property is good, food is good, but the tent rooms need a major cleaning and renuation, moulds in the entire tents, bathroom , cleaning was not done properly adviced to choose the rooms and not the tents for stay

Property needs a lot of maintainence.Many things required renovation and it did not met the expectations.

The property is great and staff is very kind and friendly overall great experience with the stay loved in and definitely planning to visit the beautiful place again.
