Nice hospitality services, tasty food awesome ambience. Courteous staff, good pick for family. Had a nice time over there

Tents Are very bad. smells like some insects in bed we found some insects and cockroaches and small frogs in room do not prefer tent to stay

Options in breakfast could be increased. Hotel management didn't provide bonfire, even though the same was included as part of the package we booked. Hotel lacks parking and guests needs to park the car outside the hotel premises.

The property opened again and yet to have all amenities fully functional. They have long menu but only few things available, so you are left with fewer choices. Although the staff is very polite and humble.

As mentioned at the time of booking it's really far away from the main market .as the hotel has been taken over very recently the place is a little unorganised. The booking said that it's a valley view property but not to be .The cleaning had to be pushed on the second day.Also considering a 4star property it's still wanting a little more work.The breakfast was good but the lunch would suggest avoid at the restaurant..overall an average experience or may be I was expecting it to be better because of the brand name behind it..may be in time it will get better..

I stayed with my family from 20th to 22nd October. I paid per day which is the price of Tent room but I was allocated room with balcony. It was a horrible experience. The hotel boast itself to be a 5 star property but I felt and truly believe that it is nothing more than a 3 star. The brand Orchid provides spacious rooms with proper hygiene across the country which was literally missing here. I'll never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst part was, I waited for almost 20 minutes but the Tea was getting prepared during the breakfast, and unfortunately, I had to leave the breakfast without Tea even after reminding the staff multiple times. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 do your homework and proper research before booking this property of ORCHID. In short, worst experience with any ORCHID property till date.

Excellent location, good breakfast spread, very warm and courteous staff. Would like to visit again. Nitin from the housekeeping team was very helpful and welcoming. Thanks team for everything!

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the overall service exceeded expectations. Would definitely come back!
