Food quality is very good. Location is awesome. Facility looks to be ok.

Pros: Food is awesome. Staff is very helpful & courteous. Sufficient parking space. The panoramic view from the resort is terrific. Cons: The swimming pool is small (it looks big in the picture). In Room #202 wifi was either not working or was massively slow. Note: Per owner, there's no clause in booking T&C that if wifi is not working then you can cancel booking & get refund. Bathroom exhaust not working. TV not working due to no Wifi. Tata sky has 3 free channels only. So, basically no TV time. The carrom board was swollen but TT was fine. No big outdoor space to play frisbee, football etc. with kids. Eating in Dining space is very difficult due to the smoke coming out of the kitchen. Also, paying 10k per night is not worth it (better options available in 200 meters).

Pros : 1. Great view with infinity pool 2. photo worthy 3. Staff is good cons: 1. Food is okay 2. Property maintenance not good 3. There is big insect inside our room late night in bed. Too risky to keep door open. 4. No nearby places to eat 5. No proper washroom and service for driver 6. ⁠No hot water in room 7. ⁠Rooms not as shown in photos 8.Too high price quoted. Would suggest to call directly and ask for price. Still not price worthy place.

It was a worst experience.This place is known for its picturesque location,it was foggy so no view was there.The rooms were terrible, washrooms not maintained at all . Breakfast was terrible with almost no options only poha was served as vegitarian option. Expensive hotel but worst facilities. I paid heavily but totally dissatisfied.

Nice rooms with great Vally view, infinity pool, watching deck,Good food, Polite Staff. Don’t miss evening live barbecues.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Canyon Resort and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking surroundings. The resort's location is stunning—nestled amidst aa picturesque view. The accommodations were immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts, ensuring a cozy yet luxurious stay. One of the highlights was the exceptional food and service. Above all, the owner Captain Shashi and his family personally attended to us wholeheartedly and ensured our comfort and safety.

Stay was nice, View is awesome.. marks for the view.. Though I think food should have been better. Hot water was not provided. Solar water hours are limited to only morning few hours. And that too , it was lukewarm water. Breakfast was good. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. For family room , 1 queen side double bed should have been there instead of 2 beds joined together. No side table was there besides bed. Intercom facility is not there. Cleanliness should have been little better. Though our check in time was 12, and we reached by 1.30pm, still room was not ready, had to wait. Manager and staff was co-operative. Suggestion: food could have been better. Arrangements for hot water throughout the day would have been appreciated. Maintainance of amenities is required.. Pro's: Superb location

Stay and view from the canyon was good only downside i would add is fan installed in room was noisy and food was okay but not that great.

Wasn't expecting a home stay like experience. Food was bad, chicken was under-cooked and pane-er was smelly. At-least our room had no view, and rooms are very small. Worst experience for us.

This resort is located in a picturesque setting surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The view from the room was simply stunning. Good hospitality, amazing place with cautious staff makes our stay unforgettable.

The canyon panchgani is a nice cosy place on the outskirts of panchgani hill station with a beautiful view of the sahyadri mountains and d home dam back waters. It's a small place good to spend time with friends and family during weekends. But the place is infested with flies which is a big put off for visiting guests. The management need to get the flies issue sorted for guests to visit again.

The canyon resort was a splendid stay for me and my family. We booked the family room which had 2 large beds, the room spacious and clean. And the best - direct view to the beautiful valley right from the room. The picturesque location of the resort makes it more exciting. The staff and manager were very polite and cordial everytime we spoke to them and took care of us well. The icing of the cake was our wedding anniversary celebration at the resort organized by the owner which was a pleasant surprise and a personal touch to our stay. I would definitely recommend the canyon if you wish to stay out of the hustle bustle and enjoy a cozy and comfort stay with your family
