Property's food and other facilities including rooms are very good. But the location including the road to reach is very terrible and difficult to reach.

Amazing stay and experience at Jumbo Serene. The views of lush green mountains from venue is absolutely stunning and provides a perfect blend of nature and relaxing weekend away from City shores. Property is very neat and tidy, exactly matching the pics shown in MMT and Ravi Pawar has been a great help during our stay taking care of minute aspects to make it memorable. Road approaching the venue is not ideal but once you reach the venue, experience is just as the name suggest - Serene! Definitely recommended for stay.

We had a very disappointing experience at this resort. There was a complete lack of management, and the service was extremely poor. Food was never served on time, and overall hospitality was far below expectations. We had hoped for a relaxing and well-managed stay, but unfortunately, this resort did not deliver on any front.

Good location, but breakfast was super delayed the very first day. WIFI was intermittent. Staff do listen to your concerns and try to resolve the issues. Cups were not clean. Thanks

The place is located in bit of an outskirts and it is preferred to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit nearby market area as the local cab drivers may charge a lot. Overall the place is really good with serene environment and nice place to relax over the weekend! The entire staff is super nice!

Stayed at Jumbo Serene in the last week of Feb 2025. The location is away from the main Klinger road. So, it was very quite, away from the hub and noise of the city. The food was prepared by experienced chef and was tasty. The room was clean and the amenities provided were good. The hot and cold water system is really excellent. Especially mentioning this because we were disappointed with the cleanliness and hot water system at the Summer Plaza. The service is good.

Hotel room was decent and staff was so helpful with every query. Food was delicious. They gave me a cab owner's contact for sight seeing and hes was also so helpful and he introduced each and every iconic places in wai, panchgani and mahabaleshwar. Overall it was a great experience.

The stay was not great as the roads were not good to reach till the location also, the hospitality was average, and it was very costly. It charged me around 7666- for a day. So it was not worth the money that i spent on it.

The rooms were clean and hygienic but the service was really bad. It took them 3 hours to serve us food and water

Great stay at mount serene very helpful staff and very clean hygienic professional hotel staff was prompt and helpful for all our needs even though the hotel was at full capacity there was extra charge for ac but didn’t need it as the room was airy and cool even in mid april very close to panchgani market and panchgani mapro

The place was good, new construction so everything was clean, good and supportive staff, though the food service was slow. Also the ambience was very good and budget friendly except the fact that the way to reach it is quite not satisfactory.

Unfortunately, my stay at month serene hotel was far from satisfactory due to several concerning issues. Despite paying a significant amount for the room, i encountered untrained staff who struggled to address various concerns effectively. Initially, there was a misunderstanding about an extra 500 rupees charge for a/c after the initial payment of 3000 rupees, though no actual charge was incurred, it caused unnecessary frustration. Additionally, the promised wi-fi service was consistently non-functional during my stay, depriving me of an essential amenity. Moreover, the tata sky service was also malfunctioning, requiring a two-hour wait for repair, which significantly impacted my overall experience. This delay contributed to a less-than-ideal impression of the hotel. To add to the disappointments, when i ordered tea in the morning, i was informed abruptly that the kitchen would be closing at 10:30 am, which was an unexpected and inconvenient announcement. Collectively, these issues contributed to a regrettable and unsatisfactory stay. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these concerns promptly to ensure a more seamless and pleasant experience for future guests"
