bed was so bad, it's look like hospital bed, ac was not working, even tv was not working, room was not in shape. they changed the room. but other room also many problems.

Excellent staff, my parents forgot their belongings in the room. The hotel staff called and have the kept the stuff at the reception and asked to collect when possible. Excellent and responsible staff. Kudos to the team .

Very old hotel and bathrooms are small and dirty. Avoid this hotel, multiple better stay options in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani
