As compared to cost, facility was not there.

Unable to change TV channels as remote was not working. Table tennis availability had been there while booking but that was not available to play. AC remote was not working. Swimming pool was not cleaned. One swing was brocken.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth ₹2400

The first room we were given at the resort had water droplets on the walls and an unpleasant smell. The room shown in the photos was completely different from what we received. At night, there was also trouble with the hot water. After we complained, the room was changed, but the new one was of lower quality compared to the price we paid. For ₹2400, this feels like a single-star experience.

This was not a wow experience

It was a great experience. we had a pleasant stay. we liked all the activities and games which were there in the hotel. also, the food quality was good. Hotel staff are very good and they have provided very good service. we enjoyed our day very well. Only one concern we found was hot water that was not coming on time. It started receiving but it took longer time. But somehow they have provided. and meanwhile they are asking us to do the checkout on time. but I told them, they have to wait as we are still waiting for hot water.

The hotel is not at all worth, property is damaged, Kitchen, restaurant unhygienic with kittens in that area.The Matresses are too hard to horrible to sit.All the flush buttons are damaged.The rain shade are made of polythene which keeps on making noise due to high air & difficult to sleep. No solution by hotel or Make mytrip.Never book the hotel & avoid make my trip for booking.

Poor Stay

Delux Family Room was conjusted, electric instruments inside the room was not working properly. Bed was not clean. We need to walk on slope to go to Market so it will not be suitable for elders otherwise we need Car or Taxi to go to Market. There was plastic covering balcony so balcony view was completely blocked. Food was good though.

Terrible Stay

Cleanliness is very poor. Wi-fi is not working. Restaurant is not cleaned. Only two items in morning breakfast. The available facilities and overall room decorum do not justify the daily rate of ₹5,880. only one thing good that is hotel is near to the market.
