R R Heritage Resort

The climate was very good, property was excellent, we had a wonderful stay in RR heritage. The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing as well. We loved the complete experience 🥰

We stayed for 1 night in Royal Orchid with family. Resort is near old Mumbai Pune highway and on the main road. Breakfast spread is good and taste was yummy. Overall, good stay.

Ambience is great, food was good, service was not upto the mark, as I stayed for 3 days in rainy season my room's intercom wasn't working and in spite of complaining on day one it wasn't repaired till the end, also doormats and slippers were provided after requests.

The overall stay was average. The cleanliness was fine, nothing to complain about there. The food was okay, not very impressive but manageable. The room was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for a longer stay. The biggest letdown was the staff behavior – they weren’t very polite or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. Good for a short stay if you’re not expecting too much.

Had a good time there, staff is very polite and helpful. Restaurant is very small as compared to the Resort area and very few options in complimentary breakfast.

When we reached the property we found out that a double booking had happened for the same room due to the fault of the management. We had to wait for them to make arrangements, They offered complimentary tea. The management offered another room informing us that it was an upgrade, but the room was just at the entrance. We didn't find anything superior about it. The room booked by us after seeing the image was different. No one explained about any available services at this place. Only veg food available here. The food tasted very good. Not much variety in breakfast at this higher cost. The property location and surroundings are very excellent. Not recommended at this high price.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect — very accessible and peaceful. Rooms were clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The food was tasty too, especially the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this property!

It was great experience staying at R R heritage. We always like this place. This is fourth time I’m staying there with family. The only suggestion is that they should increase quality of their breakfast items.

The rooms on the lower level, especially in the C Wing, have no mobile network coverage from any service provider. We requested a room change in the evening because our one-year-old baby was suffering from a cold. The evening manager assured us that we would be moved to a ground-level room the next morning. However, the morning manager refused to honor that promise. Despite having an advance booking, we were forced to check out the same morning as it was impossible to stay in such cold conditions without network access. We paid Rs. 9,000 per night for a room and received extremely poor treatment, with no regard for our situation. Avoid C Wing rooms at all costs.

1. Parking area is very limited and poor. Not able to accomodate 3-4 cars even. 2. ⁠Food quality is good but there is scope of improvement in the ambience of the dining area 3. ⁠Room was clean and comfortable.

I booked the room for 3 adults and as MMT saw the extra bed k window side for the third person in bedroom, I believed it and booked for Rs 15,500 per night but after reaching I found that there is a double bed only without extra bed Also while booking the MMT offered 10% discount on lunch and dinner but nothing was offered to me

We always enjoy this place. You get a feel of living in dense forest. Well maintained property and old trees. You get to see all endemic birds along with Malabar giant squirrel inside the property and surrounding area. Staff is polite and cooperative.

Had stayed at RR Heritage for 2 nights, and had taken 2 rooms. I got the one at the very end of the property, but the good thing is that they have a back gate through which car can go almost next to the room, so no complains!! Also, the property is very well designed, and they have managed to do all the construction without harming the trees and strategically keeping a lot of trees intact, which is awesome!! the pool initially was topped with leaves, and felt like it was not used in a while, but when we asked them to clean it, they did a good job and cleaned it well! Also - the water was clean, just that there were leaves from the trees!! But the water was chilling cold. Coldest ever I have seen in any pool, and it was 3pm in the afternoon, in March, which is almost peak summer!! It took us 30mins to slowly gather courage to enter the pool. The breakfast was just ok, since its a pure-veg place, and we didn't have lunch and dinner because we were in the mood to have some tasty non-veg!! All in all- a good stay, welcoming staff, and the rooms were nicely kept. They should however focus on maintenance else the property will become derelict in the next few years.

The reason behind giving 4 is that they are charging a bit more for a average size room but the food and surrounding was worth giving the price... Also the swimming pool was not clean.... Would recommend to book but check that all facilities are provided
