There was no electricity supply at the resort. The staff present there couldn't plan properly on how to run the diesel generator for backup electricity. 75% of our stay we had to be in an unlit, non ac room with not even a fan working due to no power supply. Entire night was the same as well. No proper breakfast was served and no warm water provided for bathing as there wasn't a geyser in the room's bathroom.

the Room was good but there was problem with hot water supply due to foggy weather as there solar water heater. Morning breakfast was served well. room service was good.

We booked 5 superior room with balcony, they provide us 3 superier room, 2 standard room without balcony, no hot water, no door lock, i had talk with geeta mam from make my trip regarding room category changes, we talked to front desk regarding door lock and that person told me that there is no need of door lock because we have cctv, rude staff behavier, dog can any time enter in your room if door is open, no breakfast ready till 9.30 a.m. I had talk to geeta mam from mmt for half hour, she ckearly told me that cancel your booking or take a room whatever hotel provide, i have a full recoding of total conversation, i m going to take legal action in consumer forum. I am also sending you a recording what i talk with mmt person

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this property, and I would strongly advise MakeMyTrip to review such listings before promoting them. • The location is a complete no network zone, and the so-called Wi-Fi provided was a joke – it either didn’t appear on our phones or never connected. For the entire stay, there was zero connectivity. • There was no hot water at all, and the washrooms had clogging issues, making them unhygienic and unpleasant. • Food service was highly disappointing – they order from an outside restaurant (Gokul), and shockingly, when we ordered vegetarian, they sent non-veg items. To top it off, the service was painfully slow. • Breakfast was served very late, and the only option they had was misal pav – nothing else. The tea was unbearably sweet. • The facility manager was completely irresponsible – every time we complained, he casually said he was “sitting there,” but never bothered to resolve a single issue. Overall, the entire experience was pathetic, mismanaged, and not worth the money at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. MakeMyTrip should seriously reconsider having such properties on their platform.

Poor Service & Very Very Bad excuses By Management. one option breakfast directly served by management with Bakvas quality. Cold water for Bath which is very Good in Mahableshwar Climate.

location was very good. and staff is polite and helpful. Ganesh and Nittin were helpful and hardworking. But there were few things I had suffered like, No Hot water on time, not enough shower gel was provided and for other things also we had to ask which were necessary. The swimming pool was not clean. Breakfast was also average. Overall the stay was good but there are many points to improve.

Dirty bedsheets reception not responding well wifi not working dustbin not changed or replace no in-house tea or coffee

I booked this hotel and was completely shocked with the service. The TV was not functioning and they did not have any kitchen to serve instant meals or tea coffee. The towels and soap was given at the end of the day. There was no mineral water bottles in the room

Living Room, washroom Cleanliness & electricity is an issue, would not recommend any one. specially the standard rooms is not at all as per the images uploaded on the MMT.

The staff & manger was too gud...the service was awesome ...the view & climate around the resort was awesome

Beautiful location , nice room, staff very good. Improvement areas : 1’ Breakfast needs to be improved on and have some choices of dishes 2’ propery needs to hire some more attendant runs on very few helpers. Like during breakfast it was served and left at mercy of guest and no one there to even supply and assist 3’ water supplies were not adequate in bathroom. 4’ Toiletories were not supplied in the room over all if this is taken care will be a great experience. .

The view we had from the resort was awesome however the staff was not helpful enough, misguiding the customer they intentionally removed the wifi ethernet cable and later on give an excuse that there are some technical issues of course they know customer will stay not more than 2 to 3 days hence no body will notice, everything you need to ask them eg, extra soap since we booked it for 3 days for 3 adults we had only one soap and breakfast had only one dish i have seen multiple resort who offer multiple options for free breakfast buffet

For deluxe room valley view is there, apart from that nothing good over here, no AC, TV, geyser lift etc basic facilities provided, breakfast is also poor , single option. If you are getting something else ta this price go there, close by road

Every thing was average, cleaning of washrooms was not very good , Property location is very beautiful

1 star for location and view. 2nd star for room size. Rest was terrible experience. Someone took this so called resort on rent. Owner does not care anything except rent money. Wifi - did not worked entire stay. They gave filmsy excuses. Hot water - Never came Electricity - Going off every now and then. They dont care to start generator. Swimming pool - Dirty. Looked like not cleaned for days. Once I myself cleaned the pool for my kids to enjoy a bit. Breakfast - Only one option. Service - Terrible. Bunch of guys who dont know anything trying provide service which never happened. they know guest cannot do anything about poor service snd experience. Avoid. Not worth spending money.

Amazing view of nature from the resort. the cleanliness and food was good. Also the staff was cooperative

The place is not worth the money. The food service was very poor. We ordered dinner which they served after 45 mins stating that the kitchen is too crowded with orders. The. After 45 mins also they missed fee items. Morning bteakfast time was told 9:00 am but again served at 9:30 am. We would not recommend stay at this place.
