Hotel Bella Valley

Amenities was below average . They couldn’t provide clean towels, the chair the side table all was broken. Even if we close the main door using key you can enter the room from slide windows as the locks was broken. Food was horrible we stay for two nights both days we got same breakfast they were not having their own chef’s. Too expensive as per the service and room provided.

Location is just awesome, valley view, food was also tasty, good amenities like hot water, swing & slide for kids. One perfect place to click pictures.

Nice hotel. Its in a nice location with great valley view. Do not have over expectations about the facilities, however you get everything. Neat and clean rooms, toileteries and hot water. We booked a non ac room which was good for the season. Staffs are a bunch of humble young men and food was homely and tasty.

Location is pretty good but hotel not managed well not hygienic. Food facilities not available so need to order to get the food.

Location and ambience as shown is completely opposite in reality. Food quality is also not good.

The property is nothing close to what it looks. Cannot be called a 'hotel, it's more of a lodge with inflated pricing. The facilities were minimal, shabby rooms, slippery walkways that lead to the property. The person at the reception looked clueless of the booking and made phone calls to confirm. The service was okayish and food too was manageable. The next day inspite of repeated reminders, we were not provided breakfast which i had paid and we checked out hungry.

Hotel had mentioned complimentary breakfast included but they charged for most of the things. Also, they had restrictions on the quantity of of food served.

Hotel was average but the velly view was really good and that is the main reason to stay there. Enough space in lawn to arrange small events and party. Mapro garden is also on walkable distance from hotel. No swimming pool as of now and very limited options in complementary breakfast.

Hotel was good. The view was fab but was bit inside from the main road. Food was ok as they served poha and pav bhaji n breakfast with tea but service was good.

The hotel was in a fantasy location. The staffs were very courteous and the owner himself was there in the property. Very nice bonfire was setup along with barbecue in nights

Hotel bella valley is an excellent hotel with a wonderful valley view. I was here with my son and wife and our stay here was very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally polite and cooperative, making my experience truly pleasant. The rooms were impressively neat and clean, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and cleanliness.

No proper road to the hotel. No proper parking at hotel, its open parking under trees, no outdoor seating, no security. The wardrobe provided is so difficult to open. Washroom is not clean, no hot water. For breakfast they only have poha, up-ma and bread . No eggs. We got up at 6 and wanted tea but no one was picking the call at the restaurant till 7:45. We had to go downstairs and give the order. And breakfast will start after 8:30, what if we want to leave early. We had a complimentary breakfast. Except the view nothing was good. Very high pricing with no basic facilities.

Super services, superb nature view, i suggest newly couple visit place, because location is too good

The location is fabulous! and that is it. The room is very basic, the door has a bolt and no latch, and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. No dressing table, no table in the room. Balconies are almost attached to each other, with no privacy. The mattress has springs and coir is very uncomfortable. Though it's a budget hotel, it's not worth 4500!

The hotel was nice and was at nice location but the hotel service was not up to the mark and also the te was not working, the ac was not working as i booked a ac room and also the breakfast was limited breakfast which is usually not seen in nice hotels and the hot water was not working properly
