It's waste of money to book at this hotel. The location is not great. I had booked a economy compact the rooms were really small. Never expected such rooms as the photos were totally deceptive. There is nothing great to write about this hotel. Please avoid

Overall, it was good experience. Rooms were good, spot was decent and swimming pool & water was clean. Rooms has Scenic view and specially if you visit after rainy. They need to improved on service and small fixes in rooms. Also its highly charged in season, so need to keep that pace. But honestly, if I get same or better deal. I will surely visit/stay there.

Extremely small rooms. Feels claustrophobic like being in a box. Food was not buffet. Food served on table in bowls. No choice of food. Very small variety. Bathrooms extremely small with economy fittings. There are a lot more hotels in the viscinity with a lot more better facilities.

It has old furniture for classic room which is not well maintained, also play room waiting room sofas are not in shape- broken seats. Food quality and taste is excellent. Hotel staff is helpful and service is good.

Premium Rooms are spacious for 2+1family, cleanliness is key point of this hotel, staff is good, value for money hotel. Location of hotel is in the market so everything on walkable distance. Food is also good and because it is located in market so many options for food, transportation and shipping.

Room was so good and clean. But the location seems bit dirty. Service was so poor like even you will get lunch or dinner after more than one hour of your order and tea or breakfast more than half hour. Room was so calm and good no issue with rooms.

I went there to spend my anniversary with my family for a day. Experience was good with just few drawbacks according to me. Rooms were good, clean and spacious. The location was good surrounded by hills and near to Panchgani. The food was good but the quantity served to the price charged is not good at all, less quantity. The price of the Premium Suite Rs. 6400/- for a days stay was too high with no complimentary breakfast offered. One can get a better resort at this price in. Just one bottle of Water is given a day. They charge a lot for extra person. no water bottle too for the person.

My family of five booked a family villa through make my trip. On booking I was not given options for food - veg/non veg. Its pure veg. The veg meals were tasteless and monotonous. For two rooms a/c, only one remote was supplied! Most of the electrical and bathroom fixtures were broken. Room service practically nonexistent. No WiFi connectivity. The swimming pool timing 9 to 5 is inconvenient for early risers. My family was not at all felt comfortable. 'Make my trip' should varyfy the facilities claimed by the party and then put the add.

The hotel is good with good rooms. They have swimming pool with water slides. The staff is also good and the food too. Clean and hygiene. Well within the market area and all sorts of shops are available nearby. I would certainly stay again during my next visit.

The property is spread over a vast area but is located far off from the main city. The food is very costly and not very tasty. The area is surrounded by full greenery but has to be developed. OK Totally not a good choice to stay.

The location is perfect however the drive away leading to the hotel does not give a good impression. Check-in fine. Able to access room straightway on arrival. Bedroom fine and the bathroom a complete disaster - broken toilet seat, broken mirror, dirty lights, dirty soap dish. Food good however staff over attentive - I appreciate have 2 English people in your restaurant may be a novelty however I really do not need To be watched whilst I eat every mouthful!! Reservation through MYTRIP was excellent especially as they were able to change the dates for me - however trying to book at the hotel is like banging your head against a brick wall - they demand 50% cash up front into the bank account which I could not do as I only have a UK account so offered to pay full amount on credit card at time of booking - would not accept - hence they referred me to MYTRIP - very odd considering I got a better rate from the agent and the hotel no doubt had to pay commission to the agent! As I am working over here for some months and we have change over of staff we have a guest book where we put details of good restaurants, hotels etc - no way will TGL Hotel to put in as a recommendation but MYTRIP as a booking agent will be.

Good hotel but service is not up to the mark, needs improvement. Deluxe room is not recommended as it's very small room. Compared to the rates charged, it's not that worth. Veg food quality is good. Super deluxe room category is good. All facilities like pool, jacuzzi is chargeable.
