Hotel Sao Yash location is in the heart of mahableshwar ., in the market area. All the points are easily accessible from hotel Sao Yash. Hotel was clean but some improvement is required I. E exos fan in toilet. Overall hotel is value for money

Excellent VALUE FOR MONEY. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Made it seem like I was going home each night instead of back to a lonely hotel room. They greeted me with my name each time I walked in the door. I really liked this hotel. The place was clean, very pretty, beds were comfy, prices was reasonable and the staff could not have been nicer.

We had made online booking. Once we reached the hotel premise, it didn't actually look like a hotel but a low class apartment. The rooms, especially 201, were not at all up to the mark for the price and the neighbouring villagers who stay there could actually directly peep in to the room from the secondary windows, if the curtains are not kept shut. Not at all recommended for families. Take care and be aware while choosing hotels online.

Normal guest house with old bedding. Hot water in bucket. No restaurant. No Wi-Fi. No lift. Booked it for 1350 during Christmas time. Not worth compared to other Hotels in Mahabaleshwar. Will find much better hotels in the same price rate.

Food and room was excellent and the best thing of this resort is the view it really awesome felt as we came to a place like what we say is 'Jannat'. Customer service was very humble and down to earth and very soft spoken.

We have stayed there for 3 days. The location is awesome with valley view. Food is good with homemade feel. The owner is co operative. Facility management is also good . . We will definitely visit here once again.

Not clean ness nothing in it. Not facility nothing give anymore only rip ours only hotel's owner need only money. Then nothing he will giving facility. Every tym already I paid on MMT therefore he ask for money only. Bad quality and nothing give facility he only need money and he nothing give anymore help.

Good location . Nice room clean and neat . Valley view is superb. Food quality also nice like to recommend all.

On arrival, our room was upgraded to cottage room which was good, but the only bummer was the ceiling fan was not functioning properly, upon request the guys gave us an air cooler which solved the problem . This place has live kitchen but its veg food is not that good, I would say average . I would highly recommend this cottage for its location, its close to both mapro garden and veena lake, which are the most happening locations in Mahabaleshwar.

Service of this hotel is poor. We reached there at night around 8:00 pm. There was no power and no light. Also there was no network connection to make a call. When we asked for the light they replied someone has gone to buy diesel to run the generator. After waiting for almost one hours power came. When ordered the food it took almost two hours for them to bring the food by the time our baby fell asleep. If you plan to eat something at hotel you order minimum two hours before.

Location was good. Hot water available only for 2 hr. It should be available for 24 hr. For food we have to go out side the hotel. Staying for short period is OK, But if any one want to stay for long holiday then it not comfortable. Good hotel at less price.

Incredibly poor state of room and attitude by the owner and staff and abysmal level of service

Its really amazing experience with family. But make sure if yu have group of dn this place will be awesome. Yu will get basic facility don't ask for star facilities. Guy Mr. Sumeet is best guide for your trip of Mahabaleshwar and Panchghani. He will arranged wt yu wnt. Home like food yu will get .? Camp fire? BarbQ? The real awesome nature. Few up-down 4 cleanliness but yu can dt point. Road 2 hotel bit uneven for 1 km approx.. And yeah a pet German Shepherd dog (sairat) - juz liking dangerous but it is very.

Hospitality was good. Rooms were tidy, though a little space crunch. Hot water was available only for 2 hours in the morning. Hotel manager was nice, provided us car for site tour at reasonable rate. No restaurant in this hotel, so have to go outside for meals. Location is really good, only 1 minute walk from main market place of Marry peth. Overall, value for money.

This is to inform you that, I had booked my hotel through make my trip, I was clearly mentioned occupants are two adults and one child, and child age is 8 years old. But when I reached at hotel the manager was asked me to pay additional charge of Child, he was very rude and mis- behaved, later I spoke to your representative they have not cleared my issue. And I have paid additional Rs. 1300/- over there as there is no alternate for me to stay at that time. And Hotel is absolutely third grade category level, no cleaniliness, no attendance, no facility. In the morning even they cut water supply, we asked their employee to arrange the water in the morning and later he arranged the same. The management is absolutely no manners to how to speak with the customers, many visitors are complaining about their quality and morning break fast also. In short hotel is third class category. Kindly let me know about the amount which I had paid additional for the stay. I am really not happy with the deal and the hotel stay. Kindly clarify the issue asap. Thanks & Regards ,. This hotel is the worst in the world, they have been doing double booking on single room and if you check in late in the night they deny that the rooms are not available. Even if you have a confirm booking with you in advance. If you don't want to suffer at an 11th hour to find a new hotel. Please don't select this hotel. Genuine appeal.

No service at all ... Very bad experience with hotel as such ... Every reason go to downstairs their reception .. No room service on account of food / snacks or wait till as per their wish only ... Arrogant non cooperative person. Although location of hotel is OK.

We were group of 7 and we booked two rooms. Each room is a duplex with 2 queen beds. Sufficient for 4 person in a room. There is only a table fan mounted on the wall. And there is only one bathroom in each room. Hence getting ready in morning before the check out time of 9 am could be tricky. Location is close to the market place. Overall decent choice for budget travellers.

Location of the resort is very good. Some rooms are renovated but rest are old. We have a lot old one. However the rooms are good. Overall the hote is nice one and garden play area etc. Good for family and children.

The location for the resort was excellent, it was in the natures vicinity away from traffic and main road. The service provided was very slow. We are required to make multiple requests for getting a service. The swimming pool was not clean and had to get it clean from the attendant. We had opted for a Super Delux room but it was not as per our expectations. Also at couple of places the wall color was falling and it was not expected in a Super Delux room. Regarding food it was good. For breakfast we have a buffet in the morning. I think there is more scope for improving the service. Good points are that there is good garden available around the resort where one can play games like badminton. The locality is cool as is surrounded by trees. Also there is a swing available where one can sit in evening. They also have a permanent camp fire facility created and it seems to be good. Regarding the kitchen we had an experience that the tandoor items are available only in the evening. So we have limited options for lunch. Overall the experience was average but think it was not as per the money charged on room. The strong point for this resort is the location. If they improve the service then this resort should be a good option for spending a good vacation. As per the information received this resort has only one room with balcony, so contact the hotel beforehand for booking a corresponding room. Balcony is available for room 203. We tried to get this room but did not receive it.

Nice facility. While its just few meters away from main market, at the same time it has great view. Nice garden, rooms are spacious. One real positive aspect is, this hotel has private parking, which is very difficult to find in other hotels in nearby vicinity.
