Pleasant safe and hygienic stay. Good food and well kept garden

Stayed 1n at signature room. Large room with extra bed for child. No hot water in morning. Small open area. Strawberry farm can be seen but no plucking etc. Vegetable farm and physical activity area is very basic and did not hold my interest for more than 20 mins. Hence not worth close to the 6000- i spent for 1n.
Temperature and o2 checks were done. Staff wore masks at all times. But did not caution guests from breaking social distancing rules. During breakfast everyone touched the vessels, tea pots etc.

I visited with my family in December 2019. We had an amazing stay of 3 days at Jeevan. Great service, peaceful and calm environment, scenic rooms. They even have a kids room, bonfire, music, play area. Being a vegetarian, we really enjoyed the food here. Would definitely visit it next time.

Food quality is good. Nice view. The room is neat and clean. Enjoyed bonfire too. Limited activities. Enjoy it a lot. Hot water is for a limited time from 7 to 10 pm.

The staff was courteous and well trained. The only con is that it's far from the main road and road condition is pathetic. Overall stay at the resort was fantastic.

Hotel has very small rooms, with very poor fixtures, food is ok, location is very remote, connecting through thin road. I am surprised how MMT rating is above 4 for this property, this needs to be reviewed.

An eye for detail: Property - Nice clean self-contained. Suite room - Best of the views you can find in Mahabaleshwar/ Panchgani. Cleanliness - Squeaky clean room, interiors, and dining area. Staff - Super friendly, great professionals and remember your every nuance. All in all a very memorable stay and superb experience!

Jeevan Village Resort is my go-to place near Panchgani. I am a regular there, although this time around there was a twist in the tale. I selected to stay with breakfast on the app but it wasn’t the case when I reached there. Plus last time I was offered the best rooms on the second floor but this time they said I have made booking for the regular one. The staff is extremely friendly and that is the reason I frequent, thrice in 1 year but wanna discuss this challenge especially when the resort had no footfall, I believe I was the only occupant there. So all in all, it would have been great if I was given the rooms of my choice with breakfast. Rest all okay.

The location of Jeevan Village Resort is having an amazing hill view, nice staff with very good maintained the hotel. The hotel is conducting activities such as magic show or karaoke singing etc. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with spectacular hill view.
