Hotel Paradise Inn

The hotel is still under development. They have a solar system for heating water, but during our stay in the cold season, there was no hot water available, and we had to bathe with cold water. The food facility is also not up to the mark. Hotel staff is not available full-time, which causes inconvenience. The swimming pool is not clean, and despite staying for 3 days, our room was not cleaned even once. Overall, the hotel needs many improvements to provide a better experience for guests.

maine booking karvaya tha super deluxe room aur unhone diya deluxe room...bed sheet bhi bahut gandi thi do din safai bhi nahi hui and staff bhi well trained nahi the...it was very bad experience

No breakfast provided. Mmt will charge you for it. but the hotel will treat your time as if you are free. Mmt charged for breakfast but the hotel made full out of me they asked me to wait. when they had no clue if they could really provide it.

Book kare Photo jo Dikhte hai Waisa Hota Nahi & payment to Pahle Hi donn Ho jata hai Fir Baad mein kuch Nahi hota 2 din ke liye book kiya per Ruka ek din hi 😖 waste of money

No service available at all. Neither toiletries, nor service staff, nor food or even tea available. Even the beddings were dirty, and the hot water supply wasn't up to the mark. Really disappointed.

First we reach to the hotel no staff was there in reception we have to wait for 10 min to come staff. Second thing is that we have book for Ac room and the person in reception showing us non ac room and that non AC room was under construction. The staff was saying us that wait for 10 min for cleaning the we will give this room.. then after he gave us AC room with additional money. There was no such customer service, no proper response. I don’t recommend any one for this hotel. Food was ok good, but to stay in hotel was very bad experience.

The Hotel had no negative points apart from the location. The location was a little far from the happening places. Apart from that the Hotel has a very good team of well trained staff and is very clean with rooms that is full of good facilities.

Breakfast average with reasonable price, food quality up-to date. Specialty in non-veg lover homemade taste. Staff was very helpful. Super deluxe room, clean rooms and bathrooms. Location far from Panchgani bus stop take 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Own vehicles are always best option in Mahabaleshwar (tourist car are very expensive).
