I had a pleasant stay overall — the property was well-maintained, clean, and offered a peaceful environment. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the ambiance added to a relaxing experience. However, one major drawback was the frequent power cuts during the stay, which disrupted the otherwise smooth experience. Backup power took time to kick in, which was inconvenient, especially at night. If the power supply issue is resolved, this place would be an ideal getaway. Despite this, I’d still consider coming back for the food and comfort.

It truly is an unbelievable experience here. We were welcomed with delicious welcome drinks and a detailed one pager of numbers to call for reception room service and more information. The rooms are not only spacious but the bathtubs, jacuzzi and in-room swimming pools are breathtaking. The cleanliness is top notch and really lovely. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to visit the place here. The food also here is very sumptuous and filling. An extremely beautiful experience to stay here indeed. I would definitely love to thank Shailesh Shinde for being so detailed and helpful.

Our recent stay at Shivasagar Resort was truly fantastic. The food was consistently tasty, with a great variety of delicious dishes. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-looked after throughout our visit. Overall, the hospitality was superb, creating a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

One of the best Shivsagar Resort & Spa in pachgani bhilar, I will suggest my friend and family. staff is very polite, Hotel premises is very net and clean and centre between Pachgani and mahabaleshwar.
