I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transport. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. It is good. Everything is good dinner and staff also and Roman clean. So good room service, also, good atmosphere is pleasant like you also swimming pool clean cleaned

Hi all, I had stayed at Shivsagar Resort & Spa, Mahabaleshwar for my husband's birthday. I had booked the Imperial Suite for us.

Comfortable stay. Clean environment. Well lit rooms. Food was ok. Gym is not ready yet. Nice view. Nice and green space.

We had a great stay at Shivsagar Resort and Spa for 2 nights. Appreciate the cleanliness and customer friendly staff. The resturant offers tasty food for Lunch and Dinner. The complimentary Breakfast had a good spread that my children and parents enjoyed. Jeep Safari is a good experience if you love nature and open for a different pleasant experience.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The property looked pretty new along with all amenities inside the room. Everything was neat and clean. The gaming room had all functional indoor games including Air Hockey. We ordered Soup which didn't taste good however the breakfast buffet was average. Location, property and service was great. Overall, a good stay.

I found this location from MMT. The location has ample parking space. The food was excellent. At night we ordered fried rice & soup which was really. Next day morning breakfast has variety of food and it was best. I tried multiple items such as pav bhaji, upma, salad, pasta etc Coming to the room, its spacious and clean. Room has TV with active DTH connection and provided list of channels t you can watch. WiFi service is available. Service was also good. Overall great experience

Property location is very good. Also property seems to be new compared to other surrounding properties. Room was large enough, balcony is there. Ammenities are good, but food is terrible. It was salty, we have our lunch on first day and after that we went outside for the food

Our stay at shivsagar resort was amazing. The staff is very polite and ready to help with anything. The food is excellent, freshly made and very tasty. Do try their seafood its damn yummy. They have wide range of cuisine for all age groups. We had booked a royal suite as my daughter wanted a bath tub. The room was neat and clean and the washroom was big with all modern amenities. Do try the jeep safari, a service which the hotel offers at a nominal rate. They show you some interiors of Panchagani which is mesmerizing. The rain and the cold weather made the whole experience magical. We had a good stay and will come again.
