Good place to stay in monsoon. Ambience is good. Quick service. Near to Lingmala waterfall. Staff is very polite, professional and helpful.

Property is very well maintained & managed. Even in the heavy monsoon season, property was very clean. Restaurant is also good with polite staff & live performances for dinner. Food taste could have been better.

Well maintained property. 200 meters from Lingmala waterfall. Courteous staff and nice food options. The covered play area for kids has chess and table tennis and there is a swimming pool also. Over all a very good option.

Overall experience was good mainly due to great service from staff especially restaurant staff…Food was very good…However we booked room with balcony and the biggest disappointment was we couldn’t use the balcony due to monkey menace…the washroom was stinking very badly due to monkeys creating mess…also couldn’t sleep properly the first night as the monkeys were screaming….these rooms are charged extra due to the balcony and hence we felt it was not worth the money

It was an extremely satisfying experience staying at Bella Vista Resort. The property is very well maintained with spacious rooms, the staff very courteous and helpful, the facilities were aplenty with separate indoor kids play area and books. The food was also very good with amazing breakfast spread. Even though it was raining when we visited, and we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool experience but still it was worth staying at this resort with so many amenities. Truly it was a memorable experience.

The resort was really beautiful, and the close proximity to a lot of sight-seeing stuff made it even better. The staff were really cooperative and helpful, accommodating all of our requests. Would definitely come here again.

location is good with good view , but a disturbance of the vehicle noise from panchgani mahabaleshwar main road , and from the guest in the next room food was good , basic amenities are good with good service

Had a wonderful stay with family. check-in & check-out was smooth, Kudos to the staff of front office, room service & restaurant. Spacious rooms and good food. Service was pretty quick.recreation/games area is well maintained. location is vantage with wonderful views and the resort is well maintained. Overall an excellent option, quite satisfied.

Location- good Food- Poor breakfast and it's spread. I should say that when they can provide nice lunch and dinner then why not breakfast? Breakfast time is only between 8-10 am. Overpriced- The expensive deluxe rooms one behind has view of garbage dump. Staff is good but the above aspects realky negates everything.

Amazing view and good food. We had great time Our room was in red building 2nd floor valley view. Location is also good for all the sightseeing. Staff is courteous and very welcoming. Only one place of little disappointment is they have a water slide in the pool but was not operational at the time of our stay. Kids were really looking forward to playing in the pool with water slide.
