rooms are excellent. ambience is good too. room service was prompt too.and good breakfast. overall a great stay

Rooms at the resort are good and fairly comfortable. However, overall the property feels just okish and could use proper maintenance to improve the experience. Service is also on the slower side — I had requested a dental kit, but I’m still waiting for it to be delivered.

The room hygiene was not ok, the bedsheet had fungus and room service was not ok, telephone not working, food quality ok ok

The location, maintenance and hospitality all are good. Food is very good. The staff at the restaurant are exceptionally good and positive in their attitude.

The stay was amazing the resort is quite big and has a huge pool and the staff is also very friendly the rooms too were very clean Great resort to stay in Panchgani

Morning breakfast is very bad with very few options in breakfast, location is okay( not so good not so bad kind) but rooms are spacious and having good parking space. Overall this Property needs some renovation as it is having very old furniture and other amenities.

Service was very slow, room doors where broken, no rooms dedicated specially for family bcoz we had boys next to our door and that’s why we faced some issues with it

the place was good, however the food was neither tasty nor were there options aside, it felt cheated when they dint mention that the room we took was for 6 people, we ended up paying entire amount for 4, description is misguiding on the app- it should be clearly mentioned about bedding and current room capacity

So the property was amazing. It was full of nature surrounding and felt comfortable like home . They gave us a great hospitality which impressed us a lot , food was delicious and tasty felt like It was maded with lots of love. Gonna rate 5/5 to the resort. 🌟 They gave us fast and smooth services which was expected. Overall loved it 🫶🏻

I had been in this resort for a vacation overall good experience with supportive staff.The resort us very beautiful, well maintained as shown in the picture. We were in a duplex room which is highly recommended for a group of 4 or 5 .The only thing is that there was issues related to water supply in the washroom which were solved after informing the hotel authorities.

We requested to change the room from gr floor to 1st floor they are asking for cleaning charges which is pathetic

The resort is picturesque with great views. Hotel rooms were clean and service good. The food at the hotel was not up to the mark.

A group of 6 stayed in Duplex Room, Pleasant stay, Beautiful landscape , Good Service and food! Monsoon/Clouds - beautiful location

Not good.. Food is available only mentioned time. No deviation for kids also. They start their breakfast and dinner very late.. Not a trained staff.. overall not good experience

Property - They have enough rooms, a garden and swimming pool, but maintenance is not that good. Amenities - Not that much apart from one caram board, one TT table and swimming pool. Food - Very small restaurant, but quality of food is average, but they are expensive. Breakfast is ok, but only egg is the option if you look for non veg. They make egg burji which has altogether different taste, so most of them did not try more than once. Service - Only for picking up ur bags during check out and check in they are very prompt, as they get some tip - otherwise it's pathetic service you need to ask them several times and weight for several hours to get something. Plates will not be taken once we finish food, they will ask u to keep it outside and those plates will be there for next two days. Room - I took double bed room and it was neat and they cleaned also after one day and changed towels. Wifi Connectivity - It worked for two days after two days it got expired and I contacted them for new password, but due to some issue it did not work- followed up multiple times. Breakfast - Breakfast is served in garden restaurant, but restaurant roof is covered with some turf cloth so water was dripping and if u don't notice it may fall on ur plate.

properties good. a lot of amenities are there and it's close from the Table land and other attractions. it took just 30 min for Mapro garden and I think this is one of the big resort in this area. food and breakfast is also good . resturant food prices are higher that should be in control. rooms are very big and easily accommodate for 3 person adult

Location and amenities are good, however food service is pathetic. I would not like to visit this place even if i am offered 50% discount. Staff is rude and don’t understand the meaning of customer service. Horrible experiance of 3 night stay.

The location is good. Little inside from Mahabaleshwar- Pachgani road. Rooms are spacious. Housekeeping is fine. Need to improve upon food quality and variety. We ordered food for 2 to 3 tines but didn't find the wow factor. Breakfast spread is okay.
