Overall, my stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was polite and super quick and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, one concern I faced was that there was hot water available only in morning for 1hr after that there is no hot water available during my stay, which caused some inconvenience. Hotel has ample parking space. Overall we enjoyed stay at Dwarka Hotel. Hotel is at a prime location in central mahabaleshwar, 2 mins walking from bus stand and main market area. Overall stay was good but had to pay extra (over and above the charge paid to MMT) for activating AirConditioner (Rs. 500/-) which was absurd. MMT should update features for this hotel and clearly indicate that these charges would be extra - to be paid to the hotel directly.. I found this very absurd when the reception mentioned it to me (they also have a board specifying this at reception), the hotel room does specify this as a feature but it's not included and has to be paid for getting activated. That made the whole stay feel like being cheated, although the location, food (we only had breakfast there) and overall ambience and hospitality was good.

Had a good experience with Dwarka. The staff was supportive. This property comes with an excellent valley view which is worth the price. Excellent for star gazing. Near to the market as well.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their cooperative and professional attitude made the stay so enjoyable. Location is the big advantage, it is one of the very few hotels near the market which has a valley view. Place is near and clean. But slightly costly.

It's a clean and nice resort with an amazing nature view the staff is very good it's situated near the main market, more convenient for those who have no own car, near walking distance from by bus stand.

I visited the hotel on 28th September, it's off season so I got good deal from Make my trip under 2k, to write specifically why I liked is very near to bus depot and market . Still it is very peaceful . The view is awesome, you can see sunset and valley from here. ample amount of space to play, every room has varanda in front of it. Due to rain swing and kids playing area is not available but owner said it will be available during winter season. as mentioned in mmt description water kettle, iron and hair dryer was not available. Room does not have phone to call room service. Room was clean , hot water was available.

Hotel manna palace is only for emergency stay, in-case you didn't get any other. Room is pretty average, not at all spacious. If you have an option, please choose any other room.

Hotel is good for family bachlor they follow rule very safe food was good in taste and safe for both kids and youngers well maintained the only thing that i don't like the washroom not provide warm water all day and the check out time is 9. 00 am at least the check out time is 12. 00 pm as all hotel give this facilities there is no ac remote not cooling

It's in a prime location near the main market. The hotel has a garden with a valley view. Rooms are good but compact in size. We stayed there for three nights, but didn't get wi-fi. We complained multiple times but no solution. Staff service is average, you need to do multiple follow up for small things. They have restaurants also. They don't have few facilities . Ample parking space. The overall stay was good as the hotel location, garden, and valley view is awesome.

was not happy with how the reception treated us, as they said wanted to cancel the booking fron thier end, but could not do so.The reason for this being they were not happy with the tarrif which was agreed and paid to Makemytrip. They ask us to cancel the booking as well,if we were not happy with cost of adding an extra person. They solely said they have increased the price as this the tourism season. we were treat inferior, we were not given soap or any amenities like a simple toothpaste and brush.

Nice old style property with scenic view of valley. There is a garden area to sit play and get relax. I got it booked. I found staff at reception is not much welcoming. Also, if you are planning to take any meal option in your booking, i would not encourage. Their vessels are smelly and not properly washed. Infact, i found this issue at multiple places in mahabaleshwar. Probably those guys are used to it. If you are just planning for stay at calm place and also near to market, then go for it without any doubt.

We have booked a room for stone house backside but the room was already booked for another customer and they have said mm t has not confirmed your booking so they have shifted me in another room i have paid for stone house backside room so lose of enjoyment and my money as i have paid to mmt if you are genuine in customer service reimbursement me the same property and food fabulous stay is also good

Am searching for a location which is close to nature, and hotel dwarka is one of best place to stay in mahabaleshavr. The rooms are pretty much good and ambience was so good, as well as hotel staff was so calm to handle.

Non ac classic rooms do not have hot water running. They turn it on from 7 to 9 am only. Room service is mediocre. The lawn of the villa is great.

Hot water availability was limited to a three-hour window in the morning, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, which could inconvenience guests with different schedules. Notably, the absence of a television in the room may affect guests seeking entertainment. On a positive note, the hotel's lush lawn offers a delightful experience, complemented by a mesmerizing hill view. While improvements are needed in some areas, the scenic beauty of the hotel's surroundings adds a distinct charm to the stay.
