It was just okay. Food availability: Not at a walking distance Room: Seepage from top, no toiletries were available, not even a handwash Building: In a very congested area WiFi: Ok ok Go to this property only if you have to sleep at night and roam whole day in Mahabaleshwar.

the place is very far and going through small lanes. No parking area. it's very old building with low light,no lifts

room size is just adequate as well as the bed size, perfect for a short stay, cleanliness is somewhat satisfactory. no amenities. only couple of staff available for room service but were consistently prompt in their service. hotel is 6-7mins walkable from ST bus stand or the market, but has a steep slope and Nice mountain view not to forget. If you are low on budget and just want to return to hotel to spend the night after whole day of spending your day out.. should go for it then

Poor service. No in room hot water facility. Was only provided one bed in the room. No parking available near to the hotel.

The property was not clean ,the WiFi was not working ,the walls of the hotel were damped,breakfast as mentioned was not even served during the stay

For people above 50yr room wax been on 5th floor with outlift, no dustbin, no soap, no drinking water was provided, geyser been not working, top roof monkey jumping noise at night. No name plate of hira palace to get address

This hotel which claims as a palace is actually a cow' barn. They have converted the house into rooms and places beds. When i reach there there was no drinking water no hot water, rooms were dirty bedsheet were untidy. Overall i can say it is not a hotel not a homestay but it is actually a scam and i am going to complaint about it to the consumer forum. How make my trip can list such hotels without verification. I had a tough time staying there i left early morning as soon as possible

The rooms smelt of urine. Terrible location. And the bed is stained with urine and worst condition in under construction building. Could not stay at all, had to look for alternative options.

They cancelled my booking 3 days before giving nonsense reasons. But they are showing rooms available but at higher price due to X'mas. Terrible experience.

Provided one single room for 3 people, and we shared 1 bhk with other group. You can find better places with the same price, nearby.

Please please please don't go, itna ghatiya service aaj tak nahi dekha. 1 bucket hot water b hi nahi aata kisi room me. Light ka b hi aata pat a nahi rehta, besharm jaise answer milta hai location is also not safe 0 star dena chahiye. 100-per day b hi mila to please mat jao baht pachtaoge, dustbin, water, safety, light, toilet flush, sab problem hai. Location baht andar hai, waha jake dusre room me shift kar deta hai, asp-as tea breakfast kuch b hi nhi market me jana pad-ta hai, bachelor ki lye b hi rahne layak nahi

Property doesn't exist in the given location. Pathetic rooms with zero hygeine and broken wardrobes. Broken flush, broken water heater. I would rate it zero on a scale of 1000. Strongly recommend everyone not to book rooms here especially if you're with family.
