It is located at Sonu Villa, 48/1 Nagarpalika Housing Society, Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra - 412806. This is an excellent homestay, at the heart of Mahabaleshwar.

There is no inhouse restaurant, so the guests get only tea and breakfast - no lunch or dinner. However, the owner can arrange the same on request.

Standard Room with double bed - 120 sq ft. There is no AC in the rooms, but considering the climate of Mahabaleshwar, it is not an absolute necessity.Guests get 2 hours of hot water through pipes /taps in the morning. The view from the balcony is spectacular - the guests can see the valley right in front of them including all the strawberry plantations.

The rooms of the property though a bit small buy are airy and are quite comfortable. They are resplendent with a cable TV, cosy bed and a spacious wash room and wooden floors.Hotel Dhaigude Residency has 2 types of rooms : Standard Room With View and Standard Room with No View.

• Venna Lake (3.70 km) - - It was constructed by Appa Saheb Maharaj, the Raja of Satara (1942). The lake is surrounded by trees. The guests can enjoy boat rides over the lake or go for horse rides, next to the lake.
