Property location was best. Food was pathetic and not hygienic at all. If someone eats this food for 2 days, then he or she will definitely get ill. Amenities was really bad and not maintained at all. The service is pathetic and no one is interested to serve the visitor and not ready to solve the problem

In the market area, No amenities, rooms are not as per the rates charged, Not at all a value for money stay. Make My Trip has charged much more than actual rates at hotel

Hotel President is best when it comes to best and high quality stay at a very reasonable price. The staff is very cooperative and respectful.

Swami travels is the best option for traveling between mumbai and mahabaleshwar. The buses are well-maintained, punctual, and comfortable. The staff is also very courteous and hotel president is one of the best hotels i’ve visited in the main market area and i’ll surely visit again!

our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, and the room featured all the amenities one could ask for, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a large flat-screen tv. the view from the balcony overlooking the was breathtaking, and the room was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep we dined at the hotel’s main restaurant on several occasions, and each meal was delightful. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. the dinner menu was equally impressive, the service was impeccable, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. who provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. the housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and our room was always spotless. considering the level of service, quality of facilities, and the overall experience, i believe the stay was worth every penny. the prices were reasonable, especially given the luxurious atmosphere and the range of amenities the room was spacious, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably. the layout was thoughtfully designed, with a large king-sized bed positioned to face the floor-to-ceiling windows, which provided an unobstructed view of the city skyline. there was a cozy sitting area with a plush armchair and a small table, perfect for relaxing with a book or a cup of coffee. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. upon arrival, everything was spotless—the bed linens were crisp and fresh, the carpets were clean, and the bathroom was gleaming. housekeeping did a fantastic job of maintaining the room each day, with attention to even the smallest details.

Everything was perfect!we had a great time and will surely come again!

The bedsheets were not cleaned. The pillow covers were dirty, the blankets had hairs, i don't know maybe of someone who stayed there earlier.

If you are too tight on the budget, then it might work for you. The room was very stuffy and suffocating, it had a weird stink to it.

Location was good, right in the market place. Food was okay. Hygiene very poor. Filthy and stinky cleaning cloth was dirtying the floor instead of cleaning it. Poor supervision. No ventilation at all. Staff asked to keep windows closed all the time or else monkeys would enter the room n steal your belongings.

This is a great Hotel. Apart from the service being a little slow everything was quite alright. The breakfast was average. The Hotel was safe and it is a value for money as well. The staff was very well-behaved too.

Hotel location is very best. It's in middle of the market and walk-able distance from stand.
No balcony for room. Also room is very small.
