Check in time was 12pm. I reached at exact 12pm still room was not able they made me to wait outside for 30 mins for cleaning the room. Only this i didn’t like. And prices of food is too much in the Berry Fresh Stays Mahabaleshwar With Pool. So we preferred to have lunch outside Berry Fresh Stays Mahabaleshwar With Pool. But actually price of food is high in mahabaleshwar everywhere. It costs same outside Berry Fresh Stays Mahabaleshwar With Pool also. Hotel is good. Room and washroom were clean.

Good accommodation, room spacious, swimming pool water was clean & services is quite responsive. But property maintenance need to improve I.e., bathroom door & exhaust fan broken. AC remote not working but AC works at 18 degree continuously.

Comfortable rooms, great staff, amazing food but the surroundings not too comfortable for pets. There are a lot of stray dogs around, which makes walking your pet a nightmare.

It was a very pleasant stay. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Even pool was well mai and. Very near to main attraction points. Overall great experience 👍
