Didn't match the standards
The hotel didn't match the standards tarpaulin sheet in balcony, room was small but in photo the room shown was big, and many more make a complaint but MMT people didn't give a proper response or they refunded our money

Dear Pankaj You did not stay at the property, there is a reason you did not get any refund because you were making unrealistic demands. This is not a hotel but a homestay. Are you complaining that the room is large which is a positive thing. You booked the room without checking cause you got a cheaper deal and then started complaining for no reason. Your fault and error in judgement has nothing to do with us

beds, cupboards was broken.. mattress was in poor condition. Toilet was not good. Room was also stinking

Dear Nimish, We tired of your nonsense, you get a room at 1600 on an extended weekend where lodges are selling at 4k per night. The main reason is you could not afford a good hotel and were begging MMT for refund which they denied. Please don't pin this on the property, we did all that we could have done to assist you right from getting from to the property from being lost in outskirts to accommodating your pets. Kindly do not book our property henceforth as we cannot meet for false expectations

Dear Gupta, Rooms service is as per guest request,we simply cannot waltz in your room without your consent. Generator is present for power backup but when light is absent for 4mins or less it is not economically feasible Otherwise room are clean and do not smell,the side table handle you broke was not charged to you as damage as it is old and subject to wear and tear that we understand In 1000 you are getting AC room at prime location with pool, if you want more you need to pay good money and pool at least 3 star which is 4 times what we charge. Totally agree with you Sir but in a budget of 999 all inclusive we provide an AC room with swimming pool and at times meals if plans allows so. Improvements means selling room at higher rate to incorporate more facilities which sadly any guest cannot afford. Yet we are planning to renovate in coming 6 months,hopefully everything goes as planned
Mahabaleshwar Trip June 202
Comfortable rooms, great staff, amazing food but the surroundings not too comfortable for pets. There are a lot of stray dogs around, which makes walking your pet a nightmare.

I found this on MMT, rooms were cleaned , we had breakfast over there. Food delivery needs advance intimation . Over all a good experience

awesomely comfortable. good staff. very helpful and courteous sudden demand of hot water for drinking was made available taxi on demand which was very reasonable surroundings clean overall a fab stay

Rooms were good and cleaned but the pool was small and dirty. limited food options and in the breakfast they only had option poha or bread omelette. when we asked for food options for my kid they said no other food is available even though they don't have chocos or cornflakes. A guy misbehaved when we asked for more breakfast options. If you are looking for only stays, then it's good . Otherwise not

Family Stay Comfortable
Good accommodation, room spacious, swimming pool water was clean & services is quite responsive. But property maintenance need to improve I.e., bathroom door & exhaust fan broken. AC remote not working but AC works at 18 degree continuously.
