Dirty washrooms, No service Staff not treating well No toiletry provided

I would like to say location is good, i took mountain view room and the scene was awsome from the room. Coming to amenities you will get almost all basic necessities. Service is bit late but that might be due to the diwali rush hour. Only thing they could have get the room repaired as there was seepage from wall. The breakfast is not good at all and it’s overpriced too but you will get option of ordering from zomato.

Room with valley view is good. Otherwise just homely stay feeling. Food is so average and they are charging additional for indoor games. Paid 166 rs for morning breakfast and ate 1 plate poha and chai. Not that much recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kalasita Fram Residency in Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Before booking, the hotel showcased attractive pictures of rooms with a beautiful balcony view on their website. However, when I arrived, I was given a completely different room that did not match what was shown online. The room had no balcony, no view, and lacked the charm that initially convinced me to make the booking. When I brought this up with the management, there was no proper resolution or explanation. and it was disappointing to not receive what was promised. While the overall location of the property is decent and the surroundings are peaceful, the experience was affected due to the lack of transparency and poor room allotment. If you’re booking this hotel expecting a scenic balcony view like in the photos –. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures guests get exactly what they are promised online.

the location of the property was not good. and the service was also not good. we had to go out for whatever we needed. there was no room service. Also the caretaker's behaviour was a bit weird. The property didn't match with the photos which were shown while booking. The overall experience was not good.

Room size was very small as compare to given in pic, but they changed the room after giving 1000rs extra, staff was polite, food option are very few for both breakfast and dinner, if i have to rate it will be 4 for room ( which i get after paying extra 1000, 4 for the staff behavior and 1 for food, out of 5.

Nice stay. The location was also good. The hotel staff was polite and very cooperative. The room was clean and neat. Overall the great experience with this property.

The standard rooms are next to the reception area and very congested. Balcony is open to the parking and entrance area so you cannot keep your curtains open due to privacy concern. Also the bed is very small. We had booked standard rooms because the photos uploaded for standard rooms are different from actual and misleading. Please make sure not to book the standard room. The parking area is also very small. Also the breakfast quantity is very less and not of the great taste. The upma was very liquidy. If you order any thing extra that is chargeable and they won't even inform you before placing your order.

Kalasita farm is average hotel with good people and cleanliness but the water is not heating and there is not much option to eat they have simple poha and chai for breakfast and also its is way to costly more costly then mumbai. Kalasita farm hotel

Only 7rooms hotel all in ground floor no privacy for couples as rooms are very adjacent to other room no in-house hotel to order anything there only option of zomato there room showed on mmt was for 1200 and when reached hotel owner said there is different room which will cost you 1400rs more so it’s not worth of paying 2. 5k for this hotel really bad exper

nice place. specially view side rooms is awesome. parking bit danger but hotel staff will help. breakfast is good ,less varieties but u can go outside near from city.. over-all awesome. budget friendly hotel 😊

The hotel service was not as expected , we reached hotel at 7 pm and it was not cleaned , we had to wait for 20 mins outside . The car parking was very dangerous and pathetic, was on down hill on a slippery ground . We asked for dinner they said we can’t provide , for dinner u need to order before 6 pm , and it was raining heavily . they said breakfast included but in that they only give poha and tea

It was ok not up to mark. Location wise property was ok. Service was bit slow no options for breakfast.

Stay was great. It was very simple and pleasant. Breakfast were homemade and taste was delicious. People were very gentle and stay was value to money.
