Our stay at the villa was far from satisfactory. The kitchen was in an unacceptable condition, infested with cockroaches, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The listing described the pool as being within the villa premises, but in reality, it was located on the other side of the property. Additionally, the pool water was green. When we requested it to be cleaned, we were informed that chlorine is not used—hence the color. This was never mentioned beforehand.
We had young children with us, so we requested living area cleaning once a day. Despite calling at noon, the caretaker consistently showed up only around 5–5:30 PM, well beyond the promised "10 minutes."
At checkout, we left the rooms on time but stayed in the hall for 30 extra minutes as our infant was cranky and needed settling. Upon requesting help with luggage, the caretaker refused, stating we vacated the villa late and he had other work—an unprofessional and insensitive response, especially considering we were traveling with a baby.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the cost. The hygiene, misleading property description, and lack of basic courtesy and service left a lot to be desired
