Location was good… can’t say about food because we preferred only pure veg restaurants…rooms were big n nice… But only big problem was about washrooms… very very very congested…no proper separate supply of hot and cold water… Very disappointing…

Fine and comfortable, nice location

Location is difficult to find as its in old mahableshwar and road construction was going on. Food quality n quantity is good. In amenities they have swimming pool which was not that clean on the first day. Service was good, I stayed for 2 days.. but no water bottle provided in room as complementary. Dental kit kit was provided when asked. Single soap given in bathroom. Gas gyser for hot water only for shower. Otherwise property was good clean n and located in very quiet place. Overall good experience.

it was not only terrible but waste of my money... the location of hotel is very far from market n as well as in jungle type ..there is no connectivity while night time. there was road work was ongoing. so there r not my fault.. we couldn't reach hotel on time .so i request to the owner of hotel for cancellation they refuse as well as the hotel is located so far from the market area. for holiday i could not suggest anyone to ge there... this is not only waste of money as well as waste of time also.. location of hotel is in jungle type. we could not feel safe for ourself

Wastage of money. You may get luxury hotel at this cost in mahabaleshwar. Very small room. Room service is very poor. Food horrible the insist for check out in time. Parking space very small. Difficult to park.

Stay was peaceful and romantic, the hotel is built far from Mahabaleshwar but is very beautiful. There is a waterfall near the rooms that provide tranquillity. Clean washrooms and clean room.

There are no working TV, service is very poor. My total 2 days booked room but after this horrible experience I check out with in 1 day. I can't stay next day.

We had 2 bedrooms and a hall for 4 people. The rooms themselves are quite big and comfortable. The location is about 6 km away from main market and is located in the woods and away from the city. We wanted such a location away from the crowd and thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel as mentioned the rooms are quite big and luxurious. They were well cleaned and tidy. It was raining and so there was a damp odor (it did not bother us though). If it bothers you then you can carry your own bedsheets. Expect a few bugs in the evening if you keep the door open common in rural areas. Again this did not bother us because we were used to this as we have lived in rural areas for a long time. The peace and tranquility this place offers are awesome. Although in the woods, we felt safe. They have gas geyser and one of them was not working. The staff tried to fix it but seems the problem was more difficult and needed a mechanic. We managed as the other room had a working geyser. The staff is very helpful and polite. We repeated orders, first a cup of tea, liked it so asked 4 more cups of tea with butter toasts, then 2 cups again and still, they kept serving without any qualms. We had to leave early in the morning for sightseeing and they answered the calls at 7 Am in the morning. The food we have to order food ahead of time as they prepare everything fresh. They take 1 to 2 hours to prepare it. The food was good and fresh close to home-cooked food (got chapatis and fulkas). Tea was great and we felt like ordering more and more.
