Staff is good, food was good, it is a jungle resort enjoyed the stay, but the hotel management needs to maintain the property that’s lacking

No service on time, Staff not responding, No one is the responsible person, Room not clean, Fight for hot water more than 2 hours and many more

need lots of improvements in service and hospitality. no men at work. running resort only with the help of 2-3 people. no people to serve u or support u in the evening/night.

This resort is exceptional, with a great location, amazing staff, and excellent amenities. From the well-equipped rooms and attentive service to the beautiful views, every aspect of the stay was impressive. The resort’s proximity to the beach is a significant advantage, and the staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction made the experience truly memorable.

Nothing Good

Different room allocated, had to fight to get the desired room, and the staff and manager were very arrogant. Have multiple videos of 15 differences from what mentioned and what was given to us. After so much fighting, one senior person (Ashutosh) understood our concern and upgraded our room. Even I have 2 guest feedback videos, they also shared a bad experience Never book stay at Gourish Resort to Teach staff hospitality.

Very very terrible experience I got. No service, no amenities, no co-operation at all. Noting was availabe what was mention in the description. Even hot water was not available and me and my family had to take bath with cold water. My kids are just 1 yr and 5 yrs old. Can you imagine our situation? No intercom was working, no water bottle given. When asked he just replied, bottles finished. Hopeless and terrible. I have raised a complaint for the same and need a solution from your side.

Except Delux room all rooms are comfortable. But problem with hot water; they provide only limited period hot water and that also not proper giving excuse of weather which is not acceptable at cold weather places. Other than this stay was good. Connecting road to hotel needs to be repaired by property owners.

If you are staying at Gaurish then don’t go for delux room; try some other rooms. Rooms are not comfortable for family.

overall experince was bad, no water bottle, no towel, no hot water in bathroom, bad service. they need to improve service otherwise it may impact their buiseness.

The property is top notch, but the services are really terrible. Be it cleanliness, amenities , polite staff ; everything was terrible. We stayed for a night, room’s walls are so thin you will freeze inside. Restaurant’s staff is a bit slow and served us leftover daal with a tadka in it. In the morning, there was no tap water in the entire guest house and when asking about it ; the housekeepers just kept postponing . Even untill the checkout we didnt get any water and had to brung it by nearby tank by a bucket. The housekeeps were so rude they said how will i wash my cloth when we asked we need water for washrooms and all.great efforts put into the property but services and hospitality offered will give you a really bad experience .

It was an amazing experience. Room was great and service was also good. Food can be better. Location is nice.

Super resort with good amenities very calm and peaceful. You won't face any issues for pickup and drop. They will help you in pickup and drop. charges are reasonable, minimum transportation charge anywhere in Mahabaleswar is 350 as there is no ola uber but every penny spent is worthy.

Rooms are good, food is good, housekeeping is excellent and clean toilet, but deluxe room has to be renovate.

The rooms are very neat and clean.The food is very tasty and the main reason to stay is the environment and the staff behaviour is very kind and helpful

Good property! Location is bit remote but it’s good. Travelled with family and experience was good. Might visit again post monsoon

The stay was amazing the staff is very courteous and helpful and quick service, ambience is good and very conforting

we were not alloted the room we booked and paid for, we were informed that duplex room is not available and we had to settle for a normal room, none of the rooms had AC and cleaniness is also poor. For basic amenities we have to repeatedly ask the staff. nothing was kept in room not even water and towels.
