The resort is positioned well. However, any forest view property requires maintenance. The property is not maintained very well. We booked the highest category of rooms, Regalia bathtub property. But it was located in the ground floor, while lesser valued rooms were on the higher floor. The property lacks good view, but has exquisite food. Their dining hall appears shabby, with water dripping from a panel on the side. But otherwise service and all were good.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is very supportive, and the ambience with mountain views, greenery, and a flower garden creates a pleasant atmosphere. Property premises is not that big. The food is average, so I’d recommend exploring nearby restaurants like Rohit Wadewale. Road towards resort is little narrow. The rooms could use better maintenance. Overall, this resort is a good budget-friendly option.

Nice stay. A feedback before check in, kindly make sure the room has all the necessary things in place. In addition, please wash the bathtub as well it had dust particles in it when we used it. Also, the tissues were missing in the tissue box and toilet paper as well. Everytime I had to call the room service for the same. Going ahead please make sure these small details are taken care.

The property is very nice, with spacious rooms, a clean washroom, a small kids’ play area, a little garden, and a pool. The breakfast area is also nice and offers ample options. However, the upholstery on the sofa had some dirty spots, the parking area is limited, the room fans had not been cleaned for a long time, and the property is a bit away from the city center.

A very well maintained property. clean rooms and easily reachable from panchgani and mahabaleshwar. The breakfast options were limited but fine. The bathtub in rooms is fun for kids along with a swimming pool and mini garden. Good overall experience.

Yes, the stay at Rai Resort Mahabaleshwar was excellent. We had a very good time. I just stayed there for a night. The staff is very courteous and in fact the food was also very good. I would certainly recommend this to my friends and family.

Location, food, ambience was good. The latches on two of the rooms for main door were not up to mark. We had to struggle to lock the rooms. Room services were good - cleaning part can be improved.

We have booked for 2 nights. Amazing stay. Rooms are too big. All are mountain view. Only breakfast has limited options. Otherwise all are very satisfactory.

Good view from Rahi Forest View rooms, due to extensive rains there is presence of mould on walls and while our stay they were getting it painted. Staff is excellent to respond.
