Grand Resort - For Nature Lovers

resort is good, ambience is nice. rooms are bit small for family. need curtain atleast for changing clothes. overall experience is good

it was a very nice stay.property is a heritage property and run by family.Staff is very good . location is inside deep forest which will give u such a relaxing feeling.There is bit improvement like water bottle is chargeable,room should have more lights and food varieties can be increased.

A wonderful nature-friendly resort surrounded by greenery. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was truly outstanding — every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

The property needs to be more well maintained specially for kids with outdoor activities like swimming pool (was not looking clean) and other games like trampoline to play for kids. Hygiene wise it was disappointing the water jug was not clean and the water was yellow (local water i believe)my suggestion at least provide 1 bottle water per room especially when we are paying well for each room. All the bedsheet was used one smelly. Overall food was average. But great staff all were helpful.

If you are looking for peace, Grand Resort, Mahabaleshwar is the place. Had Very calm, serene and full of energy stay in Grand resort. Rooms are clean, staff is very alert and all of them make you very comfortable during the stay. Have been visiting here since last 13 years and food quality, service, and overall experience remains excellent all throughout these years. Take right turn from resort and you reach main market in 5 mins. Take left turn if you want a longer drive, you will reach Pratapgarh in 45 mins. Overall, as usual it was an excellent stay experience.

Property is good. Nature is maintained . Rooms are good. Sevier is also good.

The food was terrible. Breakfast had limited options. The rooms were not clean and locks were broken. Highly unsafe. Cleanliness sucks.The rooms had leakage outside. the property was not well kept.

Excellent property , serene and quiet amidst nature . Staff from reception , restaurant , security are all very co-operative and helpful . food is decent . lot of options for kids to play indoor and outdoor games . tree machan is the highlight . Also very near to the market as well . only downside is rooms need upgrade - blankets , towels all old and worn out. But overall happy with the stay

Old place with courteous staff & required essential facilities. Food is good & place is 15 mins walking from bus stand market. The main usp is its old rustic feel which i loved very much. Owner seemed like a nice person & i appreciate his efforts for making our stay memorable. Reception girl is very responsive, pleasant & helping. We’ll surely visit again.

The Grand Resort was an awesome stay 👍 Beautiful place for nature lovers surrounded by trees. Liked the buffet breakfast menu 😊Only one request if the “A la Carte “ menu can be improvised. Husband have arranged for surprised Anniversary dinner at tree house & cake was arranged with the help of resort Manager Ashutosh 😍Staff is friendly and helpful ..Overall a good experience 🥰

We stayed at Grand Resort for 1 day . Resort is nearby market place. Stay was good . Staff was very polite and helpful. Resort is surrounded by trees . Environment was pleasant. Food quality was nice . But Room size was small . Overall nice stay .

The resort is located a little off the main market which makes it a quiet place in the middle of greenery. You won't hear the traffic or the 'town noises' but would be a quick 15 mins walk away from market area. The place itself is made keeping nature and animal lovers in mind. You won't regret booking this resort, especially if you have kids or pets.

The stay was very good and pleasant. Location was very near by market place and very easy to accessible that is main point. Place is very beautiful and pleasant and very peaceful. Only negative point is maintenance of property is very poor. Rest everything is perfect

Property very old. Needs modernization & maintainence. Had insects, cockroaches in the room. Room service not fast enough. We got the food ice cold ! recreation facility is good. Food quality is good. Staff is very polite & helpful. Good cleanliness. Very expensive compared to facilities provided. Room had no intercom system. We were at mercy of wifi provided by the hotel. Mobile network not good in the room. Far away from main market. You need to have your own vehicle to stay here.

I have been a regular at Grand Resort since 2007. Usually visit twice a year in April and November-December time frame. This time the resort was a much quieter possibility because of the Diwali festival time. Not many folks in the resort. This was in a way a boon in disguise because we had the entire resort for ourselves. The room was clean and well made. The bathroom was clean and had hot water running, even in the evening. The resort uses Solar energy. I liked this initiative. Wifi worked well, although I didn't use it much because I had decided to be away from electronic gadgets 😀. Excellent food as always. And polite staff. Most of them have been working since I first saw them way back in 2007. Overall a pleasant and peaceful stay.
